This spacious, updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home is nestled on a quarter-acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ideally located just 3 miles from both Siesta Key Beach and downtown, the property is also minutes from the Legacy Trail, numerous restaurants, shopping, and hospitals—offering unparalleled convenience.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a large, inviting living room featuring a reclining leather sofa, perfect for relaxing. The main bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress, while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is currently set up as a cozy den /bedroom containing a queen size bed, and a twin trundle.

The dining room comfortably seats 10, making it ideal for family gatherings or entertaining. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a center island, brand-new appliances, a smart refrigerator, a full pantry, and all the essentials.

The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. The first bathroom features a double vanity and a tub, while the second bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower.

Step outside through the patio doors to a spacious, fully fenced backyard with an oversized private pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation. The backyard also features a barbecue area for outdoor dining.

This home is fully equipped with everything you need, including dinnerware for 10, two coffee makers (a Keurig and a drip coffee maker), a teapot with a selection of teas, and all linens, towels, and beach towels. Beach, umbrellas, chairs, and coolers are also available. Additional conveniences include off-street driveway parking and an in-home washer and dryer. There is a one bedroom unit over the garage not over the unit with a separate side entrance which does not use the yard or pool and an owner’s unit which is unoccupied most of the year. The only shared space is the driveway and washer and dryer.

This was near the beaches, nice outside pool. We were visiting family and were able to receive them at this house with a big dining table and full plates, ustensiles and glasses.Owner is a gem

Valentina was an exceptional host! Her communication was prompt and friendly, and the welcome basket with treats was a lovely surprise. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the easy self-check-in. Highly recommend this place!

Host is exceptional! Property was spotless and well stocked including a welcome basket. Modern kitchen and baths. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Huge fenced yard and nice, deep pool. Quiet area. On the down side - the property is 3 units in one building. Rental (3 BR/2 BA) did include exclusive use of the entire backyard and pool. One of the other units was occupied but I want to be clear, it was not a problem. We just thought we would be the only guests at the address. The biggest let down was the floors. The new flooring is laid over a very uneven wooden subfloor, making for difficulty walking through the home, with dips and rises causing us to stumble on occasion. The bedrooms were so bad that the flooring was separating and clicking back together as we walked over them. With all the work put into modernizing this otherwise beautiful home, we were very disappointed that such a crucial component as the floor structure was overlooked. Also the neighborhood has lots of unkempt yards with grass/weeds 3 feet tall, stray cats (lots!) and we had loose dogs run up on us while walking our dogs. The roads are very narrow with no sidewalks. Not very walker friendly, in my opinion.

Sweet spot in Sarasota

Clean home with beautiful new tile in bathrooms. Everything you need to cook/ grill a great meal from home. We spent lots of time by the pool, neat yard and comfortable seating. We stayed for 5 nights and loved our stay. 15 min from Siesta Key beach. Make sure to visit Detweilers farm market. We made it up to Anna Maria for a day trip. A sunset dolphin Cruze is a must!

Perfect for a quiet getaway

This home, in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood, was perfect for our needs. It is well supplied for lots of options, cooking in, sleeping in on comfortable beds and restful swimming in the lovely saltwater pool. It is spacious with lots of room for a whole family. The host is great about communicating and was very accommodating. We truly felt safe and well taken care of during our stay.
