Luxury 14Bd/13Ba beach vacation compound great for retreats, groups or family gatherings- across from beach, wharf & Boardwalk! 6,500sqft -sleeps up to 30 w/9 king, 3 queen & 8 twin beds (4 bunks beds). 2 chef`s kitchens w/Viking appliances & stunning ocean views. 4 private king suites w/ private kitchens. Full outdoor kitchen w/ enormous patio views of the entire Monterey Bay. Secure parking for 8 cars. 2 outdoor showers. Walk to just about everything or just sit back & watch the sunrise & set.

We provide touchless check-in and have staff available throughout stay for questions or concerns.

If you have been searching for the ultimate vacation destination for your retreat, group or large family gathering, this is it. Property truly has it all- and is in the center of the action in Santa Cruz with a flat walk to the beach, Boardwalk and many restaurants, bars and entertainment options.

Located directly across the street from the beautiful Santa Cruz Wharf, famous Cowells Beach, and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor`s Center. Walk to the world famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk, where you can enjoy mini-golf, rollercoasters, bowling, an arcade and more. Take the summertime trolley offering service to downtown Santa Cruz with a stop outside your front door. Walk to the lighthouse museum at Lighthouse Field or hop on the old fashion locomotive train to Roaring Camp Redwoods. Enjoy 30+ restaurants and shops, rent surfboards, watch the whales and dolphins, rent mountain bikes and enjoy wilder ranch. Plan some time to drop in the exclusive Jack O`Neill Lounge and listen to some live jazz.
City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Owner will send separate contract for guest`s signature.

In accordance to the cancellation policy- refundable payments are returned less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 4%.

The compound was perfect for a large group, with our group of 30 split across the two buildings (4x king bedrooms, 3x queen bedrooms, 2x bunk bed rooms in the main building and 5x king bedrooms in the building next door). There was plenty of space for all, including spacious kitchens and seating areas. The hosts were extremely communicative and swift to respond to messages and provided very detailed instructions. The location was excellent, with the main boardwalk, Steamer Lane Supply and Abbott Square Market all being less than 20 mins walk away. We really enjoyed the stay and would strongly recommend to other large groups.

This property was a perfect location for our work Retreat! It was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and activities to keep you entertained! The host was very communicative and very accommodating. We had a great time and would love to go back again!

Positioned at the epicenter of Santa Cruz's lively atmosphere, the property ensures a seamless, flat walk to Main Beach, The Boardwalk, The Santa Cruz Wharf, and an array of enticing restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. The neighborhood buzzes with energy, capturing the essence of Santa Cruz life. What I find most appealing about this locale is the exhilarating experience of embarking on a run along West Cliff Drive, where the mesmerizing ocean views and invigorating sea breeze create a picturesque backdrop for outdoor activities. To complement this, my preferred coffee haunt, Shrine Coffee, adds an extra layer of delight to my routine, making this vibrant neighborhood the perfect canvas for crafting these exceptional villas.
