The Postcard Suite is located upstairs with a nicely furnished balcony! It features a generously sized kitchen equipped with quartz countertops and a four-burner stove/oven. The living room boasts a comfortable queen-size sleep sofa, providing additional sleeping arrangements. No pets allowed. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the suite. Your check-in time is a firm 4:00 PM EST. No early check-ins will be permitted. Your check-out time is a firm 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for late check-outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
