Unwind in the backyard featuring outdoor seating, a BBQ, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. Less than a 10-minute stroll to Twin Lakes Beach

- 2 bedrooms - King, Queen, 2 Twins
- 3 bathrooms
- 1 reserved parking space in the driveway. There is free parking available on the street, however please note a spot may be hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with BBQ, hot tub, outdoor shower, and outdoor seating

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
