Welcome to your perfect family getaway, a beautiful and cozy 4-bedroom townhouse ideally located just minutes from the magic of Disney World!

**The Space**

Step inside and feel right at home in our modern, two-story retreat. The open-plan main floor is perfect for gathering, featuring a comfortable living room with a 55" Smart TV and a Queen sofa bed for extra guests. The space flows into a dining area for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

After a fun-filled day, retreat to your private, screened-in patio. Take a dip in the personal splash pool, fire up the BBQ grill for an evening meal, or simply relax and enjoy the Florida air.

When it's time to rest, you'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests:

* **First Floor:** A convenient lavatory.
* **Second Floor:**
* **Master Suite:** King bed, 32" Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.
* **Second Suite:** Queen bed, 32" Smart TV, and its own en-suite bathroom.
* **Bedroom 3:** Two Twin beds in a delightful Mickey-themed room, with a 32" Smart TV and access to a shared bathroom.
* **Bedroom 4:** Two Twin beds in an enchanting Harry Potter-themed room, complete with a 32" Smart TV.

For your convenience, the home also includes a dedicated workspace, central AC, an in-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a starter supply kit to get your vacation started right.

**Guest Access**

As our guest, you will have full access to the entire townhouse. You are also invited to enjoy the amenities at the Le Rêve Resort clubhouse, which features a large community pool and a fitness center. Please note, the community pool and gym are open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.

**The Neighborhood**

Our townhouse is located in the modern Le Rêve Resort community. You'll love the convenience of being within walking distance to a Walmart for all your needs, and just a short drive from numerous other stores, outlets, and restaurants.

**Getting Around**

Your vacation home is the perfect base for exploring Orlando's world-famous attractions. You are just a short drive away from all the action:

* Walt Disney World: ~11 miles
* SeaWorld: ~10 miles
* Universal Studios: ~15 miles
* LEGOLAND: ~36 miles
* Busch Gardens: ~69 miles

**Important Information**

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following:

* **Check-in:** 4:00 PM
* **Check-out:** 10:00 AM
* **Age Requirement:** At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.
* **Starter Kit:** We provide a starter supply of essentials, including a kitchen sponge, dish detergent, a dishwasher pod, trash bags, and a paper towel roll.
* **Packages:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries.
* **Concierge:** We can help arrange Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more. Please reach out for details.

**Optional Add-Ons:**

* **BBQ Grill:** Use of the grill is available for an extra fee of $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Pool Heat:** The splash pool can be heated for an additional $30 per night for your entire stay. This request must be made at least 2 days prior to your arrival.
