Si l'emplacement est ce que vous désirez sur votre vacances Beach, se il vous plaît ne cherchez pas plus loin! Si vous cherchez un emplacement de premier choix à Santa Cruz, à distance de marche de certains des meilleurs de la région a à offrir: plage Twin Lakes (à la fin de la rue), Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor: (un peu plus d'un bloc à notre droite), Crows Nest pour l'océan avant un dîner romantique, cocktails et divertissement, Johnnys de fruits de mer frais et une vue sur le port grande, Aldos, El Palomar, le genre Grind, etc., ne cherchez pas plus loin! Ce est un paradis pour les artistes, récemment rénové avec tous les détails de haute technologie que vous désirez - deux écrans plats, un système stéréo de localisation multiples, wifi gratuit afin que vous puissiez rester connecté si désiré, nouveau gril à gaz inox pour votre barbecue sur la pont avant ensoleillée tout en écoutant votre musique préférée sur les haut-parleurs extérieurs, et bien plus encore. Serein et tranquille cour arrière clôturée avec superbe jardin succulente et hortensia. Trois chambres spacieuses, dont une suite parentale privée avec entrée privée à l'arrière-cour / jardin, d'une baignoire de taille trop pour se détendre bains moussants après une longue journée à la plage, toutes avec la marque de nouveaux draps et serviettes bien sûr! Hot Tub et Fire Pit à l'arrière. Sont également inclus pour votre usage sont deux vélos cruiser pour explorer le quartier en bord de plage tranquille, deux planches de bodyboard et 2 planches de skim! Avec trois chambres à coucher, nous dormons confortablement à huit lits.

Great stay close to the beach!

Our stay was great for two families with kids. Our hosts provided great communication and local recommendations for food and services. We were able to walk to Twin Lakes state beach (and coffee/dining) with ease and the house had lots of chairs, towels and boogie boards to utilize. House was very comfortable with lots of amenities for easy cooking and bbqing. Overall a wonderful home by the beach that is family friendly!

Beautiful beach weekend

Great location and amenities!

We had a wonderful week with friends and family here! Mary provided great tips and helpful information to accommodate all of our needs and get us off to a good start for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor areas (front and back decks) were a great place to hang out (fire pits, hot tub, sound system, etc). Our boys enjoyed the room with the bunk beds, and the area is so peaceful and quiet in the evening/mornings we all slept like babies. We made many wonderful memories here and would love to stay again in the future!

We really loved our stay here, and wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy walk to the beach, Crow's Nest, and cafes. Really cozy, clean, airy home + super easy communication with the owner. Especially loved watching the sunset in the gorgeous back yard.

Cozy beach house great location right near the harbor, walking distance to the beach and The Crows Nest. Very easy check in/out. Great communication with owner. Decorated with beach theme and colors had all the stuff needed for a perfect getaway.

Charming, quiet beach home in an excellent location.

This beautiful home is better than described. The location is amazing! 1 1/2 blocks to the harbor, and 3 blocks to Twin Lakes beach. It's a quiet neighborhood. The home is spacious, with a lovely fenced-in yard. Everything is clean and updated. Mary is wonderful to work with, checkin and out was simple, and we just enjoyed our retreat. Thank you!

Location, location, location.

My sister and brother-in-law have a place four blocks away. They have a toddler, and a six month old. I'm middled aged and I brought my senior parents to stay in this rental with me. Being able to walk such a short distance back and forth between houses was invaluable. My sister brought the kids over every morning to watch Bluey and play in the hot tub. The three month old said he wanted to live there. We made use of the bunkbeds and had a slumber party one night. My mother is very ill and both my parents really needed this trip and I believe it was truly healing. Everyone is super happy. Plenty of parking; very little traffic by the house. Very close to the beach, and the garage came equipped with umbrellas, chairs, and lots of toys. My family will be staying at this house again and we're already discussing when that will be. Great house, great host, great neighborhood to leave your car and walk places. This vrbo was cheaper than renting a room for my parents and myself at the Sea and Sand Inn, and I much prefer where we stayed. I will recommend renting this house to my friends and family.

Great spot for a family vacation

We had an amazing time. Place was well furnished and stocked with everything our family needed to head to the beach and cook a few meals in house. Close to everything- walkable to one beach and a few food places, but a car opens up a lot more of surrounding beaches and towns. Highly recommend!
