Welcome to this beautifully renovated classic home, nestled on a spacious 0.45-acre corner lot. This charming property offers a formal living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, an isolated master suite for added privacy, a two-car garage, and a stunning in-ground swimming pool, perfect for entertaining or unwinding with family and friends. Surrounded by majestic trees, the expansive backyard provides a serene retreat.

Please read and confirm them within 48 hours of booking. This way, if any rules don’t work for you, you can cancel your stay without a penalty since we have a strict cancellation policy. Booking Rules:

• You must be 25 or older to book.
• A government-issued ID (like a driver’s license or passport) is required to confirm your identity.
• No packages can be delivered to the home. Please arrange delivery to a nearby post office or pickup center.

1. Check-In & Check-Out:

• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 11 AM
• We’ll send you the door code separately. If you need a different time, just ask—we’ll do our best to help!

2. Parking:

You can park in the garage, driveway, or on the street. Please stick to the designated areas to follow local rules.

3. Quiet Time & No Parties:

• No parties or events allowed.
• Please ask for permission if you need to film or use the space for business.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM to keep our neighbors happy.

4. No Smoking or Drugs:

• Absolutely no smoking or drugs on the property.
• If there is any sign of illegal substances, authorities will be notified, and you’ll need to leave immediately.

5. Guests:

Only guests listed in your booking may stay overnight. Visitors during the day are okay, but no extra overnight guests, please.

6. Pet Policy:

• Dogs only (up to 50 lbs), with a $25 fee per stay (limit 2).
• Please don’t leave pets alone in the house.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool or hot tub.
• Please bring a crate if needed and clean up after your pets.
• Don’t use kitchen dishes for your pets.

7. Pool & Spa Rules:

The in-ground pool offers a refreshing escape, and while the spa portion is heated, the main pool is not.

• Kids must have adult supervision.
• No running, diving, or glass near the pool.
• No food, drinks, or pets in the pool area.

8. Access:

You’re welcome to enjoy the whole house, except for the owner’s locked closet.

9. Trash:

Please take out the trash before it overflows.

10. If Something Breaks:

Accidents happen—just let us know if anything gets damaged, and we’ll take care of it.

11. Quick Clean-Up Tips:

• Please wash and put away any dishes you use.
• No need to strip the beds or mop the floors—we’ve got that covered!

• Please enjoy our kitchen with cookware, spices, and appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.). Extra dish soap, sponges, and garbage bags are under the sink.
