Charming 1-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC, Apple TV in Denver

Make yourself at home in this amazing 1-bedroom Denver retreat. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located centrally : near South Broadway attractions for city life adventures of Food, Coffee, Nightlife, Transportation, and the gorgeous Washington Park. The park offers two lakes, rollerblading, volleyball, cycling path, jogging trail, and access to surrounding areas. Most everything is walking distance away - Natural Grocers, Safeway, Bus, Light Rail - no need to drive at all!

House was built in 1901. All the surrounding houses are historical in this neighborhood. We have renovated the house to make it more comfortable for us; and bring it up to code.

Guests will have the top floor apartment. There will be no one staying above you. You will have very quiet place in a great neighborhood, with lovely views for you to relax during your stay with private entrance at the front of the house, porch with comfortable seating for 3, very fast internet service.

For a third guest, we have a very comfortable air mattress.

I will do your laundry weekly for guests staying longer than 7 days, including your bedding, any day during the week. If I am not available for laundry, we can arrange to have the laundry picked up and dropped off by Cycles Laundry at not extra cost

Note: Cycles Laundry and host are not responsible for any damaged clothing from unchecked items such as chewing gum, pen, lighter, knife, marker, nail, plastic etc. Unchecked items may make severe damage to your clothing, and Cycles Laundry or host will not be responsible for damaged clothing due to unchecked items. We will not refund or make any discounts towards the service we provide.

No pets allowed in the apartment.
