The apartment comes with an efficiency kitchen with a stove top, microwave, and air fryer, large TV, beach chairs and towels, and a washer/dryer. We even have RGB LED lighting to set your mood!!!! Building amenities include a pool, basketball courts, direct beach access!

We manage three properties all on the best beach in the metro area, Isla Verde. We are here to help with any kind of advice and support you need while here in La Isla Del Encanto!
PS. The profits from the apartment rentals go to a fund to support my best friend Kendra's brother who is a special needs adult. My BFF Kendra died unexpectedly at the age of 54, and up until then she was his source of economic and emotional help. We are so happy to be able to step up for him in her memory!
