The Neighborhood:

The house sits in a solid Marathon location on a clear-water canal with direct water access and nearby conveniences. The deep-water channel provides access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico, with several marinas nearby for fueling up before a day of fishing or island hopping.



Several waterfront bars and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away by boat. The calm waters work well for paddleboarding, and you can kayak across Boot Key Harbor and down Sisters Creek for a scenic route to Sombrero Beach. The area has excellent fishing opportunities, from reef fishing in the Atlantic to targeting tarpon in the Gulf.



By land, you're well positioned for Marathon's main attractions. Sombrero Beach, one of the Keys' best beaches, is minutes away. The Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and Crane Point Museum & Nature Center are all close by. The Seven Mile Bridge, with its ocean views and fishing spots, is also nearby.
