The Space:
Condo is very clean inside - all tile no carpeting if allergies. Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room if kiddos sleep on the small fold down couch. The washer/dryer is so nice to use to go home with clean clothes & less work after a "tiring" vacation! :)
High 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here & very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton's Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Ted's for breakfast, Parrot Eyes for water sports or Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers.
Big flat screen TVs, cable, wifi, Ice Cold AC after a long day at the beach to relax in. The Hart Boys welcome you to our little beach retreat on South Padre Island.
The kitchen has granite and older stainless appliances, though it is somewhat small it is equipped with all you need for simple fun, family meals. There is a small private balcony that overlooks the street but is quite nice to hang out on in the evening.
Road in front of property is under construction and gravel at this time until Aug 1, 2024 per the City of South Padre. Please be aware of some construction dust from time to time
Big flat screen smart TV in living room to login to your favorite streaming TV - please note I do not have local cable however. Master also has a large flat screen. Kiddos will love the bunk beds.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
We provide all linens, towels, starter pack of soaps & trash bags.
I'm a Father to 2 boys ages 9 & 12 & feel I know what families seek for nice stay near the beach - FUN :) I am the personal Owner though I do own a property management agency. I handle it all for you.
There are 2 off the street parking spaces, and I do allow up to 8 people here though bring some extra bedding / airbed if more than 6.

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

Guest Access:
You will have full private access to our second floor condo, which features two bedrooms, two full en suite bathrooms, and a convenient half bathroom off the living area. The interior is comfortably furnished with modern decor and high ceilings. Outside, you are welcome to enjoy the small private balcony that overlooks the street. Additionally, guests have access to the shared pool located in the back of the building, which is exclusive to the four units on the property. We provide two off street parking spaces for your convenience during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Our condo is perfectly situated for a quintessential beach getaway on South Padre Island. You will be just one easy block away from public beach access, allowing you to go from your front door to the sand in just a few minutes. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, with a variety of local favorites located within a short fifty yard walk. You can easily stroll to Clayton Beach Bar for drinks, enjoy a meal at Kellys Irish Pub, grab a delicious breakfast at Teds, or head over to Parrot Eyes for water sports and fresh fish tacos. If you are looking for a quick bite, BurgerFi is also just steps away. Despite being so close to these popular dining and nightlife spots, the property remains in a quiet location, making it an ideal choice for families who want to be near the action without sacrificing a peaceful environment.
Getting Around:
Our condo is conveniently located on South Padre Island making it easy to explore the area. We provide two dedicated off street parking spaces for your vehicle right at the property. If you are traveling by public transportation the Island Metro offers free shuttle services throughout the island with stops located nearby. For those arriving by air the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the closest major hub located approximately forty minutes away by car. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicles and count toward your parking allowance.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a smooth stay please note that the primary tenant must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at check in. After booking you are required to complete an electronic rental agreement and provide a photo identification to verify your age. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. You will receive your door access code on the day of your arrival. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and infants are included in this count. We provide two off street parking spaces and golf carts are considered vehicles. Please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. The pool is open from 8 am to 9 pm. We provide a starter supply of soaps, paper products, and trash bags for your convenience, but these are not replenished during your stay. Upon departure, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, place dishes in the dishwasher, and take your trash to the dumpster to avoid additional cleaning fees.
