Back inside, you'll find a dining area with seating for 6, as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, new stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space.

The main bedroom is located on the first level and features a king bed, Smart TV and a large, private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The open patio area can also be accessed through sliding doors in this room.

The 2nd level has a king bedroom with a Smart TV, desk area, a balcony overlooking the golf course, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Down the hall you'll find the 2nd guest bedroom with two twin beds, a Smart TV, private balcony overlooking the Tennismaster grounds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Vehicle Policy: Tennismaster allows up to TWO (2) cars max. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax per car.

Shipyard villas and rentals are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
