We are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Tampa—Eddie V’s, Ocean Prime, Flemings, etc. The patio that overlooks the water fountain is great for smokers as we ask that you not smoke in the unit. This terrific property offers a master bedroom with queen bed and tv. The second bedroom features a new sofa bed and writing desk ensuring an enjoyable, comfortable stay. With amenities like AC, free WiFi, books and board games, heated pool and fitness room, your stay will be fabulous. We have quality linens and towels. Beach towels are in unit. Cypress Park Beach is 10 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Lowry Oark Zoo are 20 minutes away.Clearwater Beach is 30 minutes away and Anna Maria Island is 45 minutes away. Raymond James and Steinbrenner field are both 10 minutes away for baseball & football fans. International Mall within walking distance.

Overall, a very good stay

Property is in a good location close to the airport and shops. The unit has all the comforts of home, including extras provided by the owners, such as fresh fruit, coffee, and other items stocked in the refrigerator and the pantry. There was an issue with the internet on arrival, but it was cleared up with a couple of phone calls to the owners and the ISP. Getting from the attached parking garage to the unit is a little confusing at first, due to the building’s hallways, but after a few tries it becomes routine. My only advice to the owners would be to add additional lighting to the kitchen, where the lighting was fairly dim. But that’s a minor point. The owners and their representative were very responsive, even calling me to check on how my stay was proceeding, and offering advice on local restaurants. I would definitely return.

Villa Sonoma

This was a great unit for us, based on the unit and it's location. Denise - the property owner - went out of her way to make our stay great - we even arrived late for check in. Cleanliness was perfect , and proximity to TPA ( airport ) could not have been better. And don't forget Jimmy V's - steak and seafood - is right around the corner. A great place to stay.

Really enjoyed the property and Denise was outstanding to work with. The property is taken care of very well, is quiet and conveniently located to anywhere you want to go in the Tampa/Clearwater area.

Location, Location, Location!

Denise property is the ideal location when visiting Tampa City! My husband and I came here for the Super Bowl , and It is literally in walking distance to the stadium and many amazing restaurants! Upon arrival, Denise greeted us and showed us around the property; her cozy property has all the amenities you will need during your stay in this most amazing City. She was very quick to respond to any of our needs. As a matter of fact, when somebody was parked in our assigned parking at 11:00 at night, she immediately insured that a tow truck was there promptly! I definitely will stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Tampa to book Denise's condo!

Great spot and great host!

The unit was clean with all the amenities required to make our stay very comfortable. Denise met us at check-in to give us a short overview. It was nice to meet her in person.

Lovely property! Spotless, beautiful, with all the comforts of home. Denise goes out of her way to make sure guests feel completely at ease. From the time Sonya greeted us at the parking garage entrance and showed us how things worked to the time we left, we felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The location is PRIME in the fabulous Westshore area. Literally anything and everything you want is right there -- shopping, dining, highways -- yet somehow it's quiet and calm. Even though the airport is five minutes away, we never heard a plane. It's also really easy to learn your way around this part of town. We were looking for Westshore apartments for our college daughter who's moving to Tampa and there are several possibilities in this area. I'd recommend this property for singles, couples, and small families. The bay area is fabulous, downtown Riverwalk is ten minutes away, and you can get to all the best beaches in half an hour. Excellent property!

Ultimate comfort and convenience

We had a completely satisfying experience from the interactions with the owner (THANK YOU DENISE!) to the first class accommodations and the ease of access to Tampa and surrounding areas. The unit was ideal, clean, up-to-date and provided us with everything we needed. Definitely Five Stars all the way around!
