Our stay was great loved the view. Would totally come back. The only thing I had a problem with was the parking fee amount of $55 I think its outrageous.

Great Little Condo

Super cute little condo right on the beach. Is exactly as advertised in the listing. Loved being on the second floor and so close to the amenities downstairs! I was able to meet up with some friends and have pizza and game room/hot tub time in the lobby area. Fourth of July fireworks we’re going off everywhere right in front of us, so it was a perfect spot for the holiday.

The condo was nice but it was smaller than I thought it would be. The pictures on the web made it look larger than what it was but it was plenty big enough for me and my husband.

NIce Get-away

The condo was nice for our quick weekend stay. I would say this only sleeps 2 though. 4-6 would not be accurate (only 1 bed and a small couch that would be a tight fit) . Also, there is a parking fee you have to pay upon entering and the check-in process was a bit of an annoyance (i.e., they couldn't find our key and tried to tell us it was our duty to get the code from the property owner and not the management company). The condo itself is perfect though and we had a great trip! Will consider this location again whenever we don't have anyone else tagging along with us!

I Loved the convince of being so close to the elevator and the stairs to our room. Didn't think to ask the front desk for sheets for the sleeper sofa. Our kiddos slept on blankets from home. Loved that the kitchen was supplied with all supplies you would need. Be careful of outside chairs, because they are rusted a little. The rust went onto our towels and shirts that we left outside to dry.

Disappointed

Some of the elevators were not working which made waiting long and hot. Furniture in unit is old, worn and dirty. Used extra clean sheets to cover in order to sit. Would not stay again.

The view from balcony was wonderful! Loved the outdoor furniture. The furniture inside in living room was very dated. Overall, the condo was cozy and just right size for a couple. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit definitely needs to upgrade the mattress on the sofa bed!!! We ended up putting the sofa pillows under the mattress so couldn’t feel bars. The coils in the mattress we still felt but better.

We loved our stay. The property was as-described and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. No complaints, but would mention that the living room was FREEZING cold and the bedroom was very warm. We would book again. Loved it!

We have stayed at many different condos over the years when visiting Orange Beach, and this really was one of the best experiences. It was the perfect location, and was super close to the beach(the picture of the walkway to the beach looks a lot longer than it really is). There were just a few things about the condo that weren't perfect - the garbage disposal wasn't working & the sofa bed/matress was not great. There also wasn't a broom or dustpan in the condo, and the vacuum cleaner wasn't great at getting up sand. But overall, we loved it and had a great experience. We are already talking about book this condo for next summer!

Ok for a quick trip

Place has all the basics and updated in a fairly good way. Tile grout needs desperate deep cleaning and ceiling paint is peeling some. Biggest con is regarding the actual complex, not this condo. There is so much noise from the pool waterfall and kiddie pool water feature that you cannot hear the ocean. On the pro side, there was a very clear presence of building staff all the time so I feel the property works hard to maintain the building - they closed the pool in timely manner when storming, grounds were very neat and clean, pool area was always orderly and neat, etc.
