Ocean springs weekend

We loved our stay. Everything was clean, Fresh & well decorated. A wonderful location. The only negative was the shower has a very slippery floor. This could be easily remedied with a shower floor mat. We enjoyed or stay & will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

Overall property was good. Laundry closet was a problem to open every time. The louvered closet doors are not hung well and jammed each time. The handle on the dryer came off and we had to use a spoon handle to open the dryer door. Just a weird fix that was frustrating to deal with.

Condo at Phoenix 2

Phoenix Condos are in a great location in OBA, but they are older. The condo we stayed in had a beautiful view, comfortable bed and the BEST Stocked Kitchen we've ever stayed at. However there were a few issues (and I normally never complain): 1. The building had only one elevator working the entire time we were there and was told that it had been out for over a week. Resulting in long lines, long wait times and packed elevators. 2. The condo smelled moldy and mildewy and there was mold or mildew by the A/C vent in the bathroom. 3. The tub does not drain well. You're in above ankle deep water with a regular shower. 4. The trash chute on the 9th floor doesn't work. The handle is broken so you have to go to another floor to dump trash. 5. When we brought the issues we were having to the management property on our 2nd day, ironically our door code stopped working. We had to go to Phoenix 1 to call management and wait outside for at least 20 minutes until the issue was resolved and we were given a new door code. 6. The kitchen mats need to be replaced. They look dirty so

Great Location

This is a beautifully decorated condo. It was clean and the beach view was amazing! The property owner has a cute book for all guests to sign and leave a short summary about their experience. I thought that was a nice touch. The bed is a pillow top mattress, big and comfortable! The kitchen had every appliance you needed and an air fryer which is extremely convenient. The set up truly allows you to relax and enjoy the beach. We loved everything!❀

This was honestly the most disappointing and miserable vacation I have ever been on. The water was out from the early morning hours around 3-4 Saturday morning until 6 pm or after Saturday evening. Not to mention the Jack hammer for alarm clocks that shook our entire walls at 4am Saturday morning. We couldn’t fix coffee, make lunch, or even shower in time for dinner. The actual entry door to the condo is jammed. You have to shove your entire body weight into the door to get it to open AND the balcony door was even worse. It took the power of two adults to push it open and close it. My elderly mother couldn’t even open the doors by herself. The pool was closed for half the day due to the water line being busted, our children couldn’t even swim. The path to the beach was closed due to the massive hole in the concrete and my partner and his dad had to carry the 50 pound beach cart about 50 yards just to be able to make it to the beach. It was awful. (Together our families had two 1 bedroom condos on the 9th floor and 12th floor.) I went to the front desk to voice just how miserable we were and the employees response was “we’re sorry but we are miserable too” I replied with “the difference in that is you’re getting paid to be miserable and I AM PAYING to be miserable.” Lol we definitely will not be back.

Cousy condo with great 9th floor view. Great for maybe a couple with a small child or just someone trying to get away. Would stay here again.

Perfect for Two, Maybe Three

Property was great. As described. Everything functioned as expected. Convenient, good locaiton, nicely stocked kitchen items, etc. Only complaint was the sleeper sofa. There were no linens for it and it was small (maybe full size bed) and extremely uncomfortable (unsleepable for our family). It was my wife and I and our 17 and 18 year old girls. The only way to sleep relatively comfortable was for me to take the couch (not as a sleeper sofa) and a blanket from the bed and the three of them sleep in the king bed in the master together. Otherwise, everythign else was great. This may be fine for one or two smaller kids, otherwise, I would recommend to just be aware of this sleeping limitation. If it were just my wife and I, and maybe 1 kid, we would absolutley look to stay here again.

Worst experience to date.

No visitors. Bed sheets still had sand in them. Dishwasher didn't work. Sink didn't work till day 2. No blankets or comforters for the bed. Screen door laying on balcony with holes on screen. Furniture are worn out. While I did enjoy my time there, I don't feel like it was worth what I spent on this vacation and I probably won't rent from this company again or recommend to others.

Condo prettier in person

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was a week get away for me and hubs after a long year 2020. This was a cute small condo that is perfect for a couple and maybe 1 small child. Everything was wonderful.

Time away!!

Ok ovrall but noisy neighbors and elevator noise. Beach and pool great. Having no essentials in condo was unexpected. As people traveling would think daily needs would be present.

Beautiful experience

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean and well equipped. The view was fantastic! The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Our only problem is that we tried to contact the property owner a few times through the VRBO app and never got a single response. Other than this, which was resolved when we contacted the Brett Robinson company directly, we had a great stay!
