Vous ne manquerez jamais un coucher de soleil depuis la cour et la plage de l'autre côté de la rue. À un pâté de maisons du parc Kid's Corner et à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants, des boutiques et du port de plaisance du centre-ville. Récemment rénové et mis à jour avec de nouveaux planchers de bois franc et une cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils professionnels et un plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert. Profitez du foyer extérieur avec les chaises Adirondack et de l'accès aux vélos, aux livres pour enfants et aux jouets. La plupart de nos locataires retournent dans cette maison année après année pour créer des souvenirs de famille qui dureront toute une vie!

Vous vous sentirez détendu dès votre arrivée ... la facilité d'accès à la plage et à l'eau, les couchers de soleil nocturnes vécus depuis votre cour, le plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert de la maison pour réunir votre famille pour des repas à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur des jeux, des puzzles et des jouets disponibles pour les plus jeunes enfants si vous arrivez à avoir un jour de pluie. Au centre-ville, vous trouverez des boutiques amusantes, des restaurants, une salle de cinéma, des pistes cyclables, des fermes de fruits fraîches et de nombreux sports nautiques.

Great place

Close to the beach, close to kids corner, a little more of a walk to downtown but doable. Great place to stay - clean, comfortable beds, lots of updates.

Great Location

This was a lovely house with a great location. Kitchen was very nice, bathrooms were adequate and beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay here and would rent this location again.

Excellent home - would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our weekend at Graham Haven! The proximity to town and the water was ideal for our group, and everything about the home was exactly as described. Would definitely come back and stay again!!

Great stay

We went in the fall. Had a baby, 3 year old, and several adults. The house was amazing. The location great, especially with the park and farm nearby. Great stay!!

Great summer beach house

Overall great stay and location. Short walk to the beach and kids park were the best perks. Great kitchen and living area for family to enjoy our vacation. Fire pit in front yard made for some amazing sunsets! Backyard was unusual, almost like a second front yard, but still enjoyable.

Great house and location!

The perfect location for a beach trip. Close enough to the public beach that we could walk up the stairs from the beach to the house to go to the bathroom or get lunch. Lovely front and back yard. The bunk bedroom was perfect for our family. We’ll definitely come again!

Fall wedding in south haven. Wonderful place great stay.

Perfect size for 8-10 people. A lot of things for kids. Great location for walking or just relaxing. Replace drip coffee pot with pod coffee makers like Keurig.

Great location & home for group

Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Home was clean and check in/out was easy. Beach across the street and walkable distance. Also a short drive which we did when going with a young kid and our older parents. Thank you!

Relaxing Stay

We loved our stay at Grand Haven with our multi-generational family! Highlights were the nearby beach access and hanging out in the front yard watching the sun set over the lake. The 2 toddlers stayed busy playing with the toys provided in the sunroom. Plenty of beds available for all of our guests. We even had an issue with our CO2 detector and the management company sent someone over right away, on a Sunday (and Father's Day). Loved our stay, would definitely book again.

Great long weekend!

The location was perfect! A block from the beach access as well as the playground ensured that all ages were entertained. The house was clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Sunroom with kids’ toys was a bonus. Having just two bathrooms for all of our guests was the only drawback, but we knew that going in. Thanks for a great weekend!

Across the street from the lake

Location was nice, just across the street and down a little to access the beach area. A nice playground was within walking distance as well. Don't be scared when you see the ceiling in the dining are and the main bedroom. They need some repair, but should not fall down.

Great weekend get-away

The house was really nice and a great location. To me, the photo showed the house closer to the water. Just being super picky but for the cost, I would have like to have had Kleenex in the house and didn’t think we should have emptied the trash. It would have been nice to have those items included in the cost.

The listing photos (primarily the main photo from the front yard) and the map on VRBO do show the home's location accurately as this is not a lakefront home, but one across the street from the lake. We appreciate your suggestion of including Kleenex in our starter supply sets for guests and will consider that in the future! We do ask that all of our guests at all homes roll exterior trash receptacles to the curb on Sunday evening for Monday pick up. This is usually not an issue for most, but we do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review!

We are sorry to hear that the dishwasher malfunctioning resulted in you rating your stay with only 1-star, especially since you tilted your review as a "Great Place" and that everything else was excellent. We did do our best to remedy the situation during your stay, but unfortunately, the part was something that needed to be ordered. We did ask on multiple occasions if we could bring disposable products to assist, and the offer was rejected each time. We also offered a later check-out time on your departure day to help be accommodating.

Just what we needed

Five senior sisters sought a refuge near the beach to honor a sixth sister whose absolute favorite place was the shore. The house was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It is difficult to find rentals with a king bed, let alone four! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of Lake Michigan from both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed. Only request is a teakettle, please, and further info on whether the items in the garage (bikes, kayak,) are available for guest use. Definitley will consider a return in the future.

Perfect Location!

Gorgeous lake view with Lake Michigan just across the street. You’re close enough to walk to town and it’s a beautiful neighborhood. We spent most of our time outdoors because the weather was perfect!

Great location

Great location!! Park close for kids and beach across the street. During our stay the water heater went out. Things happen. The company did a great job, the contractor fixed the next morning. My only complaint was the cleanliness. Found mounds of dirt and dust under the chairs and beds. The “ fire pit “ was disappointing. Overall I found the house could use a little bit of love.
