This centrally located, this remodeled villa is just a half mile from the Seabrook Island Club, golf, the beach, and the Beach Club. Everything has been designed with your comfort and functionality prioritized.

The living area features a comfortable seating, a large TV, access to the patio. Guests enjoy their morning coffee amongst the lush greenery.

The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. The kitchen is stocked with ample serveware and cookware, and both a keurig and standard coffee maker.

A guest bathroom with shower is right off the hallway.

The master bedroom features a large comfy king bed, as well as an ensuite bath.

The washer, dryer in the unit comes with a few laundry pods to start your stay, For the convenience of our guests, we also provide a few starter items: a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, a liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, some kitchen garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, body soap, bath soap, and shampoo.

For added comfort and peace of mind, the villa undergoes a comprehensive, detailed cleaning process - maintaining the highest of cleanliness standards for your stay. Floors are well scrubbed, surfaces are sanitized, fresh towels and linens are provided, and bedcoverings are laundered off-site prior to every stay. Essential cleaning items, such as all-purpose cleaners, a broom, and vacuum are provided for guests too.

This property is dog-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid prior to your stay.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. This property has some beach towels (we ask that you launder the beach towels you use), and there is towel service available at the Beach Club.

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this digital card (a QR code system via an app), access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Please ensure that your completed amenity card form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Everything was great! Only thing which needs to be put on track is the outside screen on sliding glass door. It was off track and made it difficult to go outside and inside when taking dog out. It is a cute and cozy place to stay!! Great location!!

This is s very nice dog friendly unit. It is well stocked and comfortable. As far as we could tell, it is more than a half-mile to the beach but it was fine. Seabrook is a beautiful quiet place. We had a very nice time. The unit was convenient, easy to access, and well appointed.

The condo was dirty, had holes in the wall. The water that came out of the refrigerator stunk like death. I drank it before realizing that it was bad. The back porch was completely covered in cobwebs, pollen and dried leaves as if it hadn’t been cleaned the entire winter. My son’s bed was dirty. There were big black stains on the bed. The community was nice and close to the beach, but it was not worth what we paid for how dirty the condo was.

Providing a pristine, comfortable, and welcoming environment is our absolute highest priority, and it is clear we completely missed the mark during your stay. We deeply regret the condition of the bedding, the back porch, and the refrigerator water line. We truly wish you had reached out to our on-island team during your trip, as we would have dispatched housekeeping and maintenance immediately to replace the linens, flush the water filter, and clean the patio so you could have enjoyed your vacation. Please know that we are taking this feedback very seriously; we have already conducted a deep clean of the exterior, replaced the necessary bedding, and serviced the refrigerator. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can ensure it never happens again.
