Ce charmant appartement d'une chambre est situé sur Ocean Front Walk à Mission Beach, à quelques pas de l'océan. Il s'agit de l'unité arriÚre de l'une de nos maisons face à l'océan, 3667 Ocean Front Walk, située au-dessus du garage de cette maison. Il y a une terrasse privée sur le toit avec vue sur l'océan Pacifique. Il s'agit d'une unité de style économique avec une vue de premiÚre classe. Cette maison ne dispose pas de climatisation. Inclus est un barbecue avec propane, micro-ondes, appareils de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles, TV, stéréo, linge de lit et ensembles de serviettes. Il y a un lit Queen dans la chambre et un lit jumeau dans la salle de soleil qui agit comme une zone de couchage séparée. Il est peu probable qu'il y ait un autre condo d'une chambre à Mission Beach avec une terrasse sur le toit comme celle-ci! Une excellente valeur!

Le stationnement est limité dans toute la région de Mission Bay. Veuillez vous assurer que le véhicule que vous apportez rentrera dans la zone désignée. Les dimensions de l'espace de stationnement extérieur sont d'environ 9 pi L x 36 pi L.

Property was as pictured. Beautiful ocean views We really enjoyed our stay It’s notable however there are 2 sets of stairs with each one 17 steps. First 17 steps to bedrooms and bathroom. Second 17 steps to living area and deck We did fine but This presents mobility challenges for some

Excellent rental with a great view and location.

We had an awesome stay at La Siesta. The place itself is nicely furnished and well kept. There was a couple spots they were in the process of remodeling but no big deal to us. The outside deck was great. Just keep in mind its also part of the rental house but with a large separation in-between the two. The hosts were very welcoming and even went out of the way to bring us a couple beach chairs. The only hiccup that i hope they will learn from is; We decided to add an extra night onto our stay and by doing so our original door code to get in had expired on our previous departing date and there was no mention of a new code. After finding out the next evening we tried twice to contact the emergency manager and after about 45 minutes of total time we finally got a call back with a new code. We were definitely glad it got sorted out and the Manager was polite about it but still shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. At the end we highly recommend this place and may be back sometime to rent again. Thanks SDVR!

Great location, but the lodging needs to be updated.

Space was somewhat clean, but the pictures were deceiving. The lodging is very dated and worn. Rust around the bathtub, TV did not work, screen door was not working, kitchen sink sprayed upwards, furnace knocked at night. Great location, but we will not stay here again.

Absolutely Enjoyed!

My husband and I recently stayed here and loved every moment! The location was excellent and the place had everything we needed. We rented bikes and could easily get around when we wanted to go out. I would definitely stay here again.

Not quite as pictured

The pictures showing the property are from an earlier time. The property is very tired The kitchen cabinets are ild, painted and do not close or open easily and faucet did not turn off The bath tub had horrible blue/black staining The grout was discolored, ,broken All around the edge. Needs to be replaced The parking is very sketchy , as you have to go around a “ power pole” to navigate into your parking space. There is a lovely upstairs patio You have a great view of the ocean Walking/ Close to action

Reviewer Comments: Cons:First night we got to the condo the toilet is leaking sewer water plumber comes to fix it but just puts caulking around the base (they did get somewhere out in a timely manner though! It stated it was kid friendly but there were bare wires hanging out of heater unit , staples half pulled out creating a hazard for small children in base board and furniture, tub was rusted. Pros:It was conveniently located to the beach and restaurants

The house itself is a little worn. It was clean, but is a little outdated and rundown. The kitchen is very small, but has all the basics. We used the grill outside to cook most dinners. The bed was very comfortable, but there was an oddly placed desk that took up a lot of room. Overall, the location and views made up for the flaws inside.

It can accommodate 3 people , but the table does not . The bathtub was way to deep for my 87 year old mother , but it was clean and we made it work . For a younger group who just wants to sleep and go to the beach , it would be fine .

Reviewer Comments: This little vintage place is nestled in between the multi-million dollar mansions, but maintains its own charm and has the best view from the rooftop deck! It was the perfect location for walks up and down the Pacific Beach/Mission Beach walkway and bike rentals and great restaurants are literally a block away! My wife and youngest teen thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Great Vacation Rental!

The location was perfect because the beach is way less busy than down by Belmont Park, but Mission Beach is the place to be! We rented bikes and rode down to Belmont were there are rides, tons of food, and shops. There are many shops and restaurants really close by as well. The bike, surfboard, and paddle board rentals are literally across the street. Very reasonable rentals! As all the reviews say, the roof top deck is very cool and we spent a lot of time up there especially in the evening. We watched the Sea World fireworks every night. The place was clean and cozy, and there was plenty of room. Not sure why there is no picture of the kitchen because it was a lot more spacious than I expected. A few things to keep in mind, these are things I brought extra of that were must haves...spices for cooking, plastic wrap and tin foil, extra bath towels(even though clean ones are provided, at the beach things don't tend to dry out very quickly),kitchen towel (only one provided) extra chairs(the beach top deck only has really 4 and one lounge. Also wish I would've brought a big bowel. There are plenty of utensils, small bowls,and silverware, but no wine opener or cookie sheet. Luckily everyone is nice down there and we borrowed these two items from a neighbor. Having a parking spot was great, but there is a telephone pole kind of in the way so it can be a little tricky. Our minivan fit with plenty of room to spare. I'm not sure if a full size SUV would be able to make it in there. We would definitely rent this unit again!
