Please Note:
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
6. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.
7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!
8. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Casa Louise!

The house was very nice and clean. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The only drawback is the neighborhood. It is rather rundown, and this house was the nicest one on the block.

We had an amazing stay in this property. The house was spotlessly, clean and was exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub at the end of the day. I would recommend this property as it is centrally located and very easy access to anything you would want to do.

The host was very responsive at all times. We could not get the spa working and they handled it promptly. The home its self was spacious and pretty comfortable but the overall cleanliness was not great. The dishes were not clean, the bedding smelled, and either the pipes are gross or Florida water just smells. But every time you went to shower the smell was unpleasant. There was also no knowledge of someone living in the RV on the side of the property. The host also was unwilling to accommodate any kind of late check out even though I had inquired twice at the time of booking and again prior to the of departure with no one coming in behind us.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you experienced. This is not our standard. Regarding the water, Florida does naturally have a sulfur scent in some areas, but we understand it can be unpleasant and will look into this further.
The RV on the property is privately occupied and separate from the guest space, but we appreciate the feedback and will work on communicating that more clearly in our listing. As for late checkout, while we always try to accommodate when possible, it depends on scheduling and property needs at the time.
We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Hi there, my name is Landon!
I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
