Bienvenue Ă  Ocean Breeze unitĂ© de maison jumelĂ©e avec 2 chambres Ă  coucher, 2 Âœ salles de bain,
océan orienté emplacement South Forest Beach.

RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, 3 tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat HD avec cĂąble et Wi-Fi, une cuisine spacieuse avec des surfaces en granit et des armoires haut de gamme, un sol stratifiĂ© au niveau principal et la nouvelle moquette Ă  l’étage supĂ©rieur. Cette villa dispose d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre d'amis et d'un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Les matelas dans les chambres ont Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©s en dĂ©cembre 2018. Les portes coulissantes en verre du salon ouvrent sur une terrasse pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage!

Great Stay Near the Beach

We stayed for a week. The condo was awesome. Exactly what was listed steps from the pool and 8 minute walk to the beach. We would stay again without question.

Clean, Convenient, and Close to Everything

We had a great stay! The condo was nicely setup with everything needed and we found the location to be conveniently located. We had a little trouble finding it late at night when we arrived, but the location is well situated within short walking distance to Coligny park and the beach access. Would recommend!

Overall was fantastic except traffic on a holiday weekend can back up give yourself a little extra time or travel at night.

Great!

We loved it but you should switch the beds. The king bed should be in the room with the largest closet and the large dresser with the mirror. Put the Queen in the smaller room. It doesn’t really make sense the way it is. Other than that it was a wonderful Villa!!!

We did our own cooking for the month and the kitchen was great for that. Our only concern was heating the downstairs. It was near freezing outside during our stay in Dec/Jan and all the inside heat went to the upstairs and it was very cold downstairs. But overall, we just love this Condo. And it is only a very short walk to the amazing beach. The neighbors are also very nice. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff at Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island. Great golf course at Shipyard just a few minutes drive away and wonderful restaurants like Hinchey's just a short drive away as well. Highly recommend.

Our understanding prior to arriving was that the beach was "minutes away" & the description implied we were minutes from Coligny Park---we had to drive there. It was not until our 3rd day that we finally were able to find out way to the beach after finally speaking to someone in the office. The unit appeared surface clean-not a deep clean (as we found food behind one of the living room end tables). In today's world of covid, I would have expected the unit to be spotless and it was not.

We walked everywhere.Jimmy, Stephanie and all the others at VTHHI are simply the best. They respond quickly to anything thrown at them.A few minor repairs reported on a Sunday were quickly taken care of. We just love this company and the properties they manage. We’ve been here twice for winter getaways of 6 weeks and they have never disappointed.

But we do understand that heat rises and it was a cold month. Close to the beach which was important. Quite area with a great neighbor. Close all our favorite restaurant Hinchey's and our favorite golf course, Shipyard. Would highly recommend your company and this property. Already booked for next winter.

Wintering in Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have wintered in Hilton Head for three winters, but this was the first time going through Vacation Time Rentals! We were so impressed with their friendliness, service and timely action to our requests! It was through their recommendation that we found our winter home this year, and we couldn’t have been happier with it! It was clean, it had a well stocked kitchen, which is very important for long stays, the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the location was fabulous! We were a short ten minute walk to the ocean, and if you haven’t experienced the Hilton Head beaches, you should! They are a very walkable or bike able beach with miles of beautiful ocean and Dolphins playing just a short distance from where you are walking! There are many fabulous restaurants for some of the most amazing seafood you have ever eaten! Vacation Time also made many recommendations for things for us to do that never disappointed! We are so grateful to them! We loved our Condo, we were always happy to come “home” after a long day of exploring! We would highly recommend this property and Vacation Time, you won’t be disappointed!

We loved this condo!

The bedrooms are both up stairs so if anyone is elderly or has trouble with stairs you may want to pick a different condo...the walk to the beach was a little farther than we thought it would be but we rented bikes and really enjoyed everyday! I loved the set up of the condo and the kitchen was amazing!
