The condo is thoughtfully appointed to make your stay relaxing and convenient:

A spacious bedroom features a King-sized bed and feature room-darkening shades or curtains for a restful night`s sleep. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed.

**Full Kitchen:**
Prepare meals with ease in a kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

**Comfort & Entertainment:**
Relax in the living area with Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. For a quiet evening in, you`ll find books and reading material available.

**Conveniences:**
An iron is provided for your use. Your stay includes a starter set of toiletries and professionally cleaned towels and linens.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Compass Cove is located on Ocean Blvd in a vibrant, central area of Myrtle Beach. Guests can walk to restaurants, beach bars, shops, and fun activities like mini-golf. The resort is only a short drive from the Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Beach State Park.

Compass Cove offers simple, convenient transportation options. Guests can walk to nearby dining and entertainment, or use Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars for quick trips around Myrtle Beach. On-site parking makes driving effortless, and most attractions are minutes away.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

**Linens & Toiletries:**
We provide professionally cleaned towels and linens for your stay, along with a starter supply of toiletries and one roll of toilet paper. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

**Beach Gear:**
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the condo but can be rented seasonally directly on the beach from the on-site lifeguards.

**Laundry:**
Paid, shared laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are available for your use within the building.

**Extended Stays:**
This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts are automatically applied for weekly or monthly bookings. Cleaning services during your stay are also available upon request for longer reservations.

**Parking:**
Parking is strictly limited to one vehicle per reservation. The resort manages the parking garage and cannot accommodate additional vehicles. This is strictly enforced. Due to Resort Policy Motorcycles, Trailers, and RV`s are not allowed at the resort.

**Rental Agreement**
A standard rental agreement is required and must be completed within one hour of booking, along with payment of a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This waiver covers up to $1,000 in incidental or accidental damages, providing peace of mind so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
