After games of golf or days at the beach, meet up for movie nights in the main living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with Hulu. When it's time to turn in for the night, this villa features two luxurious bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a king bed, jumbo windows, and a TV perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. The en suite spa-like bath boasts a soaking tub, shower, and vessel sink. The second bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, while the second bathroom (in the hall) offers a combination shower/tub and a large vanity. Tennis rackets and pickleball boards are available as well as beach supplies, including boogie boards and family board games.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



Things to know: There is a $150 pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly. Maximum of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
