Boasting a screened outdoor living area, four flat-screen TVs, a gourmet kitchen, and all new furnishings, this stylishly updated 3BR/3.5BA villa in the Tennismaster community at Shipyard Plantation is your ideal all-suite island retreat. Delight in on-site amenities including a sparkling swimming pool, championship golf, and tennis. Stroll mere minutes to the beach for sun-kissed days in the sand and surf.



Unwind into vacation mode in the living area and settle in for a movie around the 42-inch TV with Blu-ray. Prepare delicious meals in the updated kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of sleek appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it's time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table.



Find a stately king bed in the primary suite, which has a TV, direct deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly on a queen bed in the second suite. The third suite is furnished with two twin beds. Both rooms have a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located off the kitchen.



Kick back on the screened porch, featuring an outdoor living area with a sofa, love seat, and two armchairs. Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four on the deck.

Great location!

The proximity to the pool and beach was perfect for our family that included a 6 and 9 year old who road their scooters while we walked. The washing machine was a little dated and didn’t always complete the rinse and spin cycle but overall, we had an amazing week staying a great open layout with tons of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining!

Wonder get away

We love the private gated community and beach access. Condo was very spacious and kitchen well stocked. The washer and dryer didn't work when we attempted to use it but the management was quick to respond.

Slept with one eye open

I wish the cockroaches we found were at the tail-end of the trip, but unfortunately, they made their appearance on the very first night. This had me on edge all week, afraid that I would find more every time I went into the master bedroom/bathroom. This also had me very hesitant to put our infant's pack-n-play in our room incase one would have gotten in there while he slept. I only found them bc I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was a nightlight that showed a moving object. Once I killed that one, I exited the bathroom and there was another on the bedroom wall one foot away from the bed. The master sink did not drain AT ALL, which you would think would have been addressed between the cleaning staff and property managers, but it was not. I sent a message to the management company at 5 am on Sunday morning and the sink was not addressed until Wednesday. They did send someone to spray for cockroaches with 2 days, but that was also offputting in its own right. The beach was a bit further than I expected, especially with 2 small children and a wagon. We got dropped off by car daily, then my husband drove back, parked, then rode a bike back to meet us. The pool area was lovely and the unit spacious, but coming from somewhere where cockroaches are a sign of filth, I was disappointed from the very first day. We unfortunately will be staying somewhere else on our next trip.
