The Space:

Escape to Sea Colony's oceanfront in this recently completely renovated and redesigned seventh-floor two-bedroom condo! One of the few Sea Colony oceanfront condos with three full baths, this unique one-level layout features a surfside balcony, a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, a den with ocean views, and two primary suites! The recent updates include new furniture throughout, new bedding, new Cortex flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances, quartz kitchen counters, recessed lighting, and granite counters in all three baths. The master bath even has a double shower and double sinks. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and more. This home is accessible without stairs and includes four flatscreen TVs, a soundbar in the living room, three Blu-rays, and free WiFi. Sea Colony features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two of which are indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, year-round security, and even a summer community shuttle. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Sea Colony's oceanfront features five oceanfront pools (including one indoor) and three kiddie pools, plus exercise facilities.

THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Family Vacation

The condo was clean and well equipped we enjoyed our stay. The only thing they need to do is have windows cleaned between renters snd the balcony as well .

Amazing Family condo on the beach!

Amazing place with great amenities. Shockingly big with three bedrooms and 3 baths. Beach toys and chairs, kids cups and plates, full kitchen. Couldn’t be better! Stay here!

Great Place

It's not their fault that the cleaning crew was less than great. The home was updated and it just 'fit' our lifestyle. It had a great view. My mother has skin cancer so the South side of the building works better for her as it gets shade faster.

Modern spacious condo

The condo was beautifully updated with many amenities. Having a washer/dryer/dishwasher was very convenient. Other amenities include a Keurig machine, kids cups and plates, beach toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It was great not having to rent those items. The condo had everything we could possibly need. It was also very spacious, great for my family of 4 (and could definitely fit more). It actually has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary had a king size bed, a second bedroom had a queen and a twin size murphy bed with an en-suite bathroom and a third smaller room had another queen size bed. My only complaint was the cleanliness. I don’t know if it was cleaned between stays. The sheets were not changed and there were spills on the cabinets and floors among other things. That being said, I would definitely return as the amenities, space and location are too good to pass up. Hopefully they will utilize a different cleaning company in the future.
