We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute booking for this condo at Vista Cay. We have stayed at Vista Cay many times in the past, but this was our first time booking with Gary and his team and also our first time staying in this section of the property (conveniently located near Publix grocery store and NYPD Pizza). The space was just as advertised, clean and nicely decorated. A smaller unit than we normally stay in, however, it didn’t feel cramped. Plus, we don’t often book a ground floor unit. Benefits - you don’t have to use the stairs or elevator, however, you can experience guests above you walking around in their unit (most likely kids running and jumping around). We only experienced this two times, however, that was on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so we certainly didn’t want to complain to our neighbors. The TVs were much easier to get set up than normal (just had to change out the dead batteries in one remote). There isn’t a separate laundry room in this unit, so you will hear the washer and dryer when they are in use as they are located just off the kitchen next to the front door. Not a big deal, just plan accordingly. Definitely would consider booking with Gary and his team again and would consider this unit if we only had a small group staying with us.

Perfect Orlando location!

Gary was so helpful and responsive to any of our needs, although they were few because the unit was exactly as described! We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool was very clean and a perfect retreat after two busy days at Disney (and driving there was really easy from the condo).

Excellent stay for AAU Volleyball

We love staying in Vista Cay due to its proximity to the Convention Center., Publix and great restaurants. Specific to this property - we loved the more open lay out, extra pillows and blankets. Gary was fantastic communicating all the details AND following up to ensure our check in process went smoothly and we had everything we needed. We hope to stay at the same location next Nationals!

The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Loved having Publix, coffee and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We worked remotely some days and the Wi-Fi accommodated our needs. We also went to all Disney parks and Universal with ease from this location. Host(s) were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay

This property was a great pick for our family. Here are a few reasons why: *Owner was thoughtful about details of location and entry to the property. They sent a message with important elements to note well in advance of our stay to ensure we would be successful at finding the property and offering time for us to ask questions if we should have them. *The property was clean!! My family is fairly tidy and we were all happy with the accommodations. I think they did a good job of managing some specifics that help guests to forget they are not the only ones who have stayed at a property. The property was also well maintained and tastefully decorated which helped with the overall aesthetics. *The property is in a great location to get to and from the airport with amazing ease! It was only 16-30 min from the Disney parks, depending on traffic. *I felt the check out process was reasonable and straightforward. I have stayed and many properties and some have extravagant lists of chores to complete the day you depart. This is a nuisance for an already, usually hectic day. However, this property had only a few, very reasonable requests for departure which made our check out a breeze. A couple other things to note: *I did contact the owner while on the property and he was quick with a reply. *I received an email in advance stating how much toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, trash bags, would/would not be at the property. I am not sure if it is a standard email that is sent out to all guests at this community and each individual condo is managed by separate owners, but this property did supply several additional items compared to what was in the email. I am not sure if this is common, but thought worth mentioning. Definitely would stay again.

This was the ideal property for the family to stay, I had access to the conference center for a meeting and the family had access to everything else Orlando. The pool on property was clean and heated. Great response from property manager all along the way!

The unit was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The pool was just a short walk and was never busy. Driving to the Disney parks was simple and was usually about 20 minutes. We did not have any issues with the unit. Gary would e-mail to check in with us to make sure everything was good. It was a great place to stay.

Overall the location was great, close enough to parks, grocery store and all that was needed. The complex was quiet and safe with plenty of parking. Communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions before and after the stay were answered immediately. Gary checked in with us during the stay and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando.

Very nice home close to universal studios

As a family we really liked the house. Spacious rooms, kitchen and living we really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was really new, well equipped and furnished with even access to a pool, which we unfortunately didn't use very often as we didn't stay long enough at this place. I can highly recommend this place for families who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood while being very close to the different theme parcs located in Orlando.

Nice condo with great amenities close to everything!

We had a great time at Vista Cay. We needed a home base for a tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Located within a quick Uber ride to the center, and we’ll appointed for preparing meal, with plenty of good dining options nearby. The property amenities are great and our teens had fun when we had some down time. Also not far from Disney/Universal. They’ve done a nice job updating this unit and management was quick and courteous with responses to questions and requests. I would definitely recommend.

Close to Universal & the Convention center!

We brought the whole family to my daughter’s National gymnastics meet. This property is only minutes away from the Orange County Convention center and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. The property was very clean. After our adventures during the day the fam would cool off in one of the two pools on the property. Its a quick walk to the pool in our complex or we would walk to the next complex over for the larger pool, workout room, & arcade room (air hockey table must be broken, my hubby won). Gary was very communicative and available for our needs, he sent us everything we needed for contactless check-in & check-out. Condo was a great temperature, clean, cute, & comfy!

My husband and I stayed at this exceptional apartment for our 41st anniversary. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. It had everything we needed supplied. The beds were very comfortable too! The property manager was attentive and available throughout our stay. Many places once you rent and they get your money are done with you but not here. They made sure we got in to the apartment and had everything we needed. I really appreciated that and the very thoughtfully prepared binder with suggestions, tips and list of different types of restaurants. We highly recommend this rental unit and would rent it again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
