Extra luxury in the heart of the historic center of Rome

Our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room with dining room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom of 10 square meters with shower with emotional waterfall. Restored with precious materials, with parquet floors, original ceilings in exposed wooden beams and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, 3 50-inch TV, safe, courtesy kit and hairdryer, towels and bed linen and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine, stereo with wire spread throughout the apartment.
On request it is possible to arrange the return transfer to the airport (not included in the price).

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

Beautiful apartment, lots of space and furniture for storage of clothing and supplies. Host was excellent with communication and information. The decor made us feel like we were in a chic space and helped us feel the Italian deco/attention to details. Beds were comfy, bathroom was grand in both size and decor. Location was great for walking to sightseeing spots and local restaurants, shopping, and markets.

Carlo was very responsive and helpful. We were staying for a night before heading out on a cruise. Carlo handled our transfers from the airport and to the cruise port. I highly recommend utilizing this option as he was able to communicate to the drivers for us. Location was very central and easy to sight see. The area was safe and quiet.

The apartment was perfect for our family of five, one block to the Spanish steps and beds were extremely comfortable… The pullout bed came in handy for our third child. Very clean apartment excellent shower and the perfect location -will stay again.

The property host (Joey) was great and very responsive. He met us at the property, allowed us in early at no extra charge and helped us with our bags. The property was in a great central location, clean and had everything we needed after a long day of touring, including ice cold air conditioning. We were around the corner from the Spanish steps, parking and shopping areas. We would book this property again.

Unless your dream vacation involves paying to stay inside a giant, musty toaster, look elsewhere. The A/C here is purely decorative. To compensate for the suffocating heat and the distinct aroma of damp basement, there was a high-powered fan in the living room. Trying to relax on the couch felt like taking a direct hit from a jet engine. Shoutout to Joey the caretaker, though! He was incredibly sweet and basically acted as our personal weightlifter, carrying our luggage up and down three flights of stairs (no elevator btw). In the end, we evacuated. We checked into a boutique hotel down the road, rediscovered the miracle of modern refrigeration and amazing Roman pasta, and finally enjoyed our vacation.

Dear Petra, We firmly reject this review, which distorts the facts and attributes to the property entirely nonexistent deficiencies. The air conditioning system is perfectly functional, as you well know, and the apartment is freezing. Using unfounded technical excuses about the internal temperature is merely an attempt to justify a negative review and in no way reflects the high standard of our luxury property, as evidenced by hundreds of our excellent reviews. The lack of an elevator in an 18th-century building is clearly and transparently stated both in the official listing description and in the messages exchanged before confirmation. This was expressly clarified to you before booking, precisely because of your recent mobility difficulties following surgery, yet you nevertheless chose to confirm the booking independently because you fell in love with our apartment and its design. You decided to leave the accommodation solely because, upon arrival, you realized you were unable to climb stairs due to your medical history, and not because of any alleged problems with the apartment or the air conditioning. Our priority is to offer a flawless and transparent experience, and we believe it is unfair to distort the truth to cover up a booking decision that doesn't suit your personal needs.
