The property was wonderful for a family stay for a family wedding. We had 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 2 staying here. Richard, the Property owner, was truly fabulous and accomodating. We would definately stay there again!

Property was well stocked with everything needed for 10 family. Window AC’s kept the entire house cool during the hot days and nights. Enough room for all ages. We really enjoyed our stay!

This beachfront home was perfect for our family gathering-- clean, comfortable and well-appointed with expansive views from nearly every room. The location was ideal - just across a quiet main road from Fenwood beach, which is family friendly with picnic areas and barbecues. We enjoyed the spacious lawn for games, plenty of parking and proximity to town, The well-equipped kitchen and ample seating made dining at home a pleasure.Richard was extremely responsive, and everything was perfectly set up and explained for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

An Idyllic New England Weekend with All the Right Vibes

Our group soaked in everything this charming coastal home has to offer. We strolled to the beach in the morning and enjoyed dinner on the patio, and watched both sunrises and sunsets in between. Set among classic New England coastal homes, this home has a relaxed, lived-in feel that makes you instantly comfortable—like you’ve arrived somewhere familiar.

Annual stay

Have stayed at this property multiple times at this time of year for an annual event nearby. Property is constantly being updated and the location overlooking Long Island Sound is as good as it get. Looking forward to next year.

Old Saybrook LI Sound review

The check-in process was very easy. The property was not very clean. The carpets were full of dog hair. It needs a major update. There was too much of aunt Mary’s stuff in the property. The view was amazing and the location was amazing.

Gals weekend

Charming home, close enough to the water you can hear the waves. Plenty of room for a big group of friends. We had a very relaxing weekend. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home, the location is perfect for a vacation.

Perfect for our family

We had a family event nearby and siblings flew in from all over the country. This was large enough where we could all stay and enjoy each others company. The living room was large and had an amazing view. The kitchen was plenty large.

This was a repeat stay at this beautiful home by the sea. Love the size, convenience, location and vibe of this home! Plus the host is super responsive and so easy to work with. I would 100% recommend this property, especially for a larger group.

Perfect Getaway

Rented this beautiful home for a family getaway. The home is absolutely stunning and housed all 8 of us perfectly! The location was also perfect with nice walks on the nearby beaches and walking path. And I can not say enough about the host Richard. He was so accommodating and even let us reschedule due to a snow storm! Highly recommend this lovely home and sure hope to make this an annual getaway. enough about the host Richard. and

Family Gathering

Very nice location, wonderful water views, and a comfortable place for a 3 generation group. Grandparent, children and grandkids all enjoyed the home. Plenty of room for getting together and for privacy too. Everything worked for us.

Girls Weekend

We chose this beautiful waterfront property for our girls weekend and it did not disappoint. The space is beautiful and spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The ammenities were plenty and easily accessible. Will definitely look into renting this home again.
