Le San Marco Residences est situé juste en face de la plage, en face d'un condominium situé au 6ème étage d'un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une télévision par câble et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite!

Les boutiques et restaurants uniques du Marco Walk Plaza se trouvent à quelques rues au nord de l'appartement. Après le dîner, jouez au mini-golf au Marco Golf and Garden, regardez un film au Marco Movies ou visitez BeeBe's Ice Cream pour quelque chose de froid et de délicieux. Les installations de la résidence San Marco comprennent une piscine chauffée, des courts de tennis, un gril à gaz et une aire de pique-nique.

Juste en face de la rue se trouve un point d’entrée sur le trottoir public situé entre le Royal Seafarer et les condominiums de Madère, au 350 South Blvd Collier. Le chemin menant au sable est juste au sud et en face des résidents de San Marco.

Great location!

Property was very clean and spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen are a little dated, but overall it was good. Great location!

Great condo!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a great time! The condo was very spacious and super clean. The master bed was so comfortable. Location is right across the walking path to the beach - very easy!

Great rental

This property was perfect for us! The location was great being right across the street from the beach access. The view from the balcony was wonderful- saw gorgeous sunsets each night. The rental was well furnished, from the furniture, to the linens, kitchen appliances and pots and pans. Beach supplies were great, as were the games provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice View

In the past 10 years we have stayed at this unit about 6 times. They just installed 2 new sofas inside the unit which updated it from our last visit. The unit is big enough for 4 people and if our health allows, we will continue to visit Marco Island and stay at this unit.

Hurricane damage to the island

Could not get through to property group because of lines down, finally texted and got a response. Was told they were Advising owners to return payment since island was in disarray. Could have at least offered same week next year Since all were cleaning up and airport closed.

Thanks for leaving this comment, Mike. Hurricane's are so inconvenient, right? Loss of power, damages, etc. Our office was without phones for two weeks. As you are aware, all calls were handled on an as needed, first, basis. And we handled all calls. Why wouldn't we ask the Owner's, on your behalf or anyone else's, who chooses to not purchase, the highly recommended, travel insurance especially through hurricane season, for a refund? Our organization is not obligated to refund anything, or reschedule anything, per the terms and conditions you agreed to upon booking. That refund is up to the Owner's. To push your booking out to the future is not as simply as it sounds. And this too, is totally up to the Owner. We did an excellent job at handling the mess that Ian handed us. Dealing with guests and Owner concerns before dealing with our own matters as a result of Ian. By the way, this is a wonderful unit in a great location.

Great Location & specious apartment

We had a great time during our Thanksgiving getaway at a lovely apartment located just across the street from the beach. As a family with severe food allergies, having a kitchen was essential for us, and the apartment had everything we needed. However, some of the pots and pans were old and scraped up, and the kitchen was a bit small. This might not be an issue for those who prefer eating out during their stay. Although the apartment had everything we needed, it could use some new paint as it looked a bit run down. We were provided with beach chairs, but it would have been nice to have a beach cart and umbrella available as well. The couch and dining set looked recently updated.

Horrible stay that I don’t want to remember

I went with my family to try to spend some relaxing vacations and it was all horrible nightmare, not because of the apartment itself, nor because of the owner but because of the people who live there who are not kind and believe they own the entire condominium and at the same time it seems they don’t like the rented people because they watch you, harass you, yell at you and threaten you, knock on the door and defame things that are not real. I don’t recommend it to anyone and I will never return there

Thanks for taking the time to express yourself. The complex has full time residents living there. The maximum number of occupants to this unit is no more than six. And pets are not allowed by renters. The rental office did try to get in touch with you as the Owner and Association President were notified by a couple of residents that there were more than six people and a dog on property. Nobody threatened or harassed you. You wouldn't return calls or a text to your cell phone so the rental office had to go over and knock on the door, after being contacted by the Association President. We are sorry you felt any negativity while on property. It was all avoidable.

Perfect location

Condo was open concept, very comfortable for four adults. Beautiful beach across the street. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Awesome place to stay

It was a great experience. Place is very nice and had everything a person needs including kitchen, balcony, swimming pool, etc. Very close to the beach just across the street. Great location and price. It had 2 br and 2 baths and ample space for 5 to 6 people. Parking inside the premises for free.

dated but convenient

The property was pretty clean except for the master tub. You did not have to supply linens or towels but all soap, shampoo, dish liquid. No washer/dryer in unit. Biggest issue was that it was terribly outdated. Great location and beach access across the street made up for it.

Excellent location

Condo was right across the street from public beach access. Walking distance to many restaurants. Nice size condo. Great sunsets from the balcony. Bathrooms were generally clean but could use some updating with new shower curtains and towel bar or hooks in second bath. Master bath had hole in the door. Both baths could use some fresh paint. Unit was well stocked in kitchen and with beach gear however all the closets/cupboards need to be cleaned out and organized. Overall our stay was great. Would go back.

Fit the bill

Location couldn’t be better for easy beach access across the street and is central to everything you’d need on the island. The property is well stocked with supplies and beach gear, and fit our family space wise. However, it’s tired and needs a deep clean. This didn’t give us confidence, especially in a time around a pandemic, where everyone else is going above and beyond to give consumers confidence that their stays are safe. Bathrooms and bedrooms had dust and hair; kitchen burners smoke with old residue; old fake flower arrangements have probably been there since the 80s. It just didn’t feel clean enough to come back.

Hi Chelsea, Thanks so much for the feedback. You are absolutely right to have the expectation of a "clean" unit, especially in a COVID19 crazy world. Our cleaners do a fantastic job of complying with CDC requirements regarding cleaning and the supplies used. Our cleaners are also human, and sometimes drop the ball. We can't apologize enough for this. We certainly would have had this taken care of, even after-the-fact, had we known during your stay. We will also let the Owner's know your feelings regarding the "tired" space. Please do come back and see us.........we won't make the same mistake twice! Thanks again.
