Loved this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed 7 nights in this spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath condo. We loved it. The location was perfect for us. Calm and relaxing. The building was well maintained. The condo itself had a few things that needed updated, but nothing major. I will most definitely look to book this unit again for our family beach vacation.

Location,view, and space itself were all good. Beach access worked great, very short wait for elevators, and provided lots of beach gear for kids.Could have been a little cleaner. Had several maintenance issues including a shower door falling down while giving a toddler a shower. Alerted property management about issues and they responded quickly.

The view was the best! The condo was in a great area. The only complaint I have is the floors and rugs need to be cleaned. You have to wear shoes or your feet get pretty dirty. Overall the condo was amazing and we would stay again!

The condo was somewhat clean. One of the bedrooms was extremely hot. The showers were dirty and when we arrived there was a leak coming from the ac unit that was flooding the kitchen. The kitchen was not well stocked with pots and pans/ utensils. One of the shower doors was falling off the track and could have fallen off. We did not like having to walk to throw trash away and this was not mentioned until we arrived. The leak to the ac was handled pretty quickly and they brought us extra towels and sheets for the trouble.

The Balcony was huge! We had 9 people but we never felt like we were on top of each other. My kids ( 4 & 3 ) really enjoyed the heated pool. If I had the money, I would buy this property and live here! Wonderful location with quick access to the state park, the marina for sunset or dolphin cruises, and so many forms of fishing.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The whole condo complex was very clean and you can’t beat the location right on the beach. We watched dolphins from the balcony which was so fun.

Amazing Trip

Our family absolutely loved our stay! Created amazing memories! One thing to note is that there was very limited toilet paper, soap, no salt/pepper, coffee and things that normally come with a Vrbo so just expect to buy some while you’re there or bring some from home.
