Fantastic apartment and location

We have recently stayed at this apartment and loved every minute of it. The pictures are just as it is and it’s done to a really high standard. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the host Ana was always available to contact should you have any questions. The location was perfect for both Miami Beach and also up the coast to Boca Raton or Delray Beach. I would recommend this apartment and can’t wait to come back. Awesome Stay!

This property is in a great, secure location between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. It is close to the FLL airport as well as beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It is exactly as shown in the photos and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Parking is readily available. The owner has paid attention to details both in décor and comfort. The linens are a nice thread count and the mattress is cozy. The unit is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach (cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels) as well as small conveniences like information for tourists, a safe, a channel guide, laundry detergent and an umbrella for those FL rain showers. Communication with Ana was a breeze and she was super responsive. Our stay was as close to perfect as possible at a [non-hotel] property without an on-site staff to attend to immediate needs. I suggest adding more washcloths and replacing the pillows but those are minor tweaks and certainly not deal-breakers. I would definitely return to this property and recommend it to others planning to visit the area! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Very nice stay!

The condo is located in the upscale community of Aventura. We were promptly met at the entry gate by the owner Ana who escorted to the unit which is on the top floor a 6 story building. Very nice keyless entry into the condo which was as pictured on the web site. Designer quality furniture and light fixtures beyond what someone would expect. Full size washing machine and dryer in the unit just off the kitchen which worked perfectly. Bar stool adjacent to counter was a perfect spot for laptop. Large closet in the bedroom with abundant hanging and drawer space and a small security safe. Excellent rain-type shower with an additional 4 horizontal sprayers if desired and a hand held sprayer wand. Nice view over the city and golf course. Motor controlled dual sun and blackout shades if desired. A few minor negatives. The owner likes fragrances and the unit had two plug-in dispensers. Also two what I believe were clear vases with scented oil. Personally not liking scents they were placed in a cabinet. The scent lingered but was mild and really not noticed after being in the condo for a few seconds. During our 4 day stay the toilet required plunging 3 times. Ana was not aware of this problem and promised to have it fixed. There is a very high security deposit($1500) which was refunded shortly after our return home; Ana stated that none of the previous renters had paid the deposit which could be substituted for by paying a fee of about $60 if I remember correctly, which I presume is an insurance policy for potential damage. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend staying in Ana's condo and were would do so again if returning to the area.

Comfortable Stay in a Safe Place

Me, my husband and our 4-year-old enjoyed this safe and comfortable property. Ana was a great host who responded promptly to our questions and even recommended a close place to cater our Thanksgiving meal.

I highly recommend this place to stay while visiting Aventura/Miami, Fl. If you are looking for a very clean , very spacious , and a beautiful place to stay, look no further! I would stay again in a heart beat!

Condo convenient, secure, clean but the big plus was the prompt communication! Texted response was immediate any time I reached out with a question. Plenty of parking and with card easy to get in and out of building. did not access pool of exercise room/. Only feedback was instructions for use of pod coffee pot would be helpful. Already recommended to others!
