Oceanfront Condo exceptionnelle sur la plage avec une piscine !!

Il est temps de sortir! Louer notre plus récent ajout! Ce condo récemment rénové, avec une nouvelle marque, haut de gamme, cuisine et salles de bains mises à jour (voir photos) est si belle que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter l'unité. Cette unité est sur un 3ème étage élevé (4ème étage dans la réalité) et est directement sur l'océan. (Il y a un ascenseur dans le bâtiment) Les vues sont à couper le souffle et les levers sont fantastiques! Vous allez créer des souvenirs inoubliables avec les gens que vous aimez. Nous possédons 2 unités dans ce bâtiment et les deux d'entre eux sont propres, mis à jour, et beau. (Location de vacances Licence ... PLR2016-00281)

The condo is beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook full meals and more. There are plenty of linens including pillows, blankets, and towels. The beds and pillows are comfortable too! We appreciated the extra beach towels and chairs as well. The view is stunning from every angle and the balcony is the perfect spot to take it in. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We had a great vacation at this condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sun rise as well as our walks along the beach. The condo has a great location and we were able to explore the Keys from the Upper Keys down to Key West.

We had a great stay a this spacious, updated property in a central yet quiet location. We appreciated all the extra touches - bikes, kayak, beach towels, games, washer/dryer. Super easy check in and good communication with the owners.

My sister and I stayed here. Loved the view. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The owners also sent me links of things to do along with restaurants to try. I would definitely stay here again

Great Vacation

Beautiful condo in a nice area of the Keys, plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The views of the open Ocean from the balcony were simply terrific. Todd was a great communicator and provided many options for dining in the area, everyone we went to was really good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Quiet Oceanfront Condo

The spot is wonderful. Waking up every morning to the view of the water is something we all got used to. The pool was right on the water and Todd’s recommendations for restaurants was spot on. We plan on returning in the future!

Great views!

We have stayed at many condo's listed on VRBO. This condo was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed at. Fishing gear, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kayak, bikes. This place has it all including great views of the ocean!!

Best Vacation Spot in Marathon

Book this now!! It's a beautiful, spacious home with a million dollar view. It's so peaceful. You have your own pool, beach, kayaks and did I say it's RELAXING!! Just a short drive to The Keys and back to serenity. We will be returning!

Amazing view!

The location of this corner unit condo on the 3rd floor is outstanding! Beautiful views of the ocean where we saw dolphins, manatees and other wildlife. Condo is spacious and clean. Convenient parking. Clean heated pool steps from the ocean. Highly recommend this location!

This Unit is awesome with stunning views!

We loved our stay at Coco Plum beach in Unit 3D. The condo is exactly as described and the views are actually more stunning in person. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area, gave great tips and were very communicative. Bikes, kayak, snorkel gear, chairs, fishing rods, seriously a fantastic very quite unit and beach! We had an awesome spring break!

What a view!

To wake up each morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean is truly priceless! The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect keys getaway. The building even had a nice heated pool. It’s very centrally located. We went to Key West for a day, Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. I highly recommend staying on Marathon…so many good restaurants! Todd is wonderful to work with!

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We love this property because of it's unique location. We are directly on the ocean and have a pool and a beach. We are right next to the Coco Plum (city) Beach. The Keys are not known for their beaches since they are built on coral, so to be next door to one is unique within itself.

If you want to go jet skiing, kiteboarding, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, snuba diving, beach biking, lobstering, boating, deep sea fishing, reef fishing, spear fishing, bridge fishing, beach walking, swimming in the pool or the ocean, eating some of the best seafood in the US, happy hours, or hanging out on the oceanfront porch with a million dollar view... then this might be the place for you.
