The Space:

This second-floor, three-bedroom condo in Vista Cay by Millennium sleeps six and sits just 15 minutes from Disney, with Universal and SeaWorld close by. The biggest draw? You get full resort access — two pools, a poolside bar, fitness center, arcade, and a lakeside jogging trail — all while staying in a quiet, gated community with a personal concierge team ready to help.



Bedrooms Bathrooms

The master bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds — great for kids or friends traveling together, and the third offers a queen bed. Each room includes a desk and TV. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower serves the rest of the condo.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living area gives everyone room to spread out, with a comfortable sofa and TV for movie nights or downtime between park days. The dining table seats six, perfect for family meals or board games. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home — refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the basics.



Outdoor Amenities

Step out onto your private balcony with cushioned seating — it's the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or recap the day's adventures. Down at the clubhouse, you'll find two swimming pools, a poolside bar, BBQ pits, a theater room, billiard tables, a kids' splash pool and playground, sports courts, and a two-mile trail around the lake.



Good To Know

Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and get work done at the dedicated workspace. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh your clothes mid-trip. Free parking is included on-site. Groceries and restaurants are within a five-minute walk, and outlet malls and golf courses are nearby. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least seven days before check-in.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.

The condo is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have a personal concierge and resort-like amenities with other activities such as:

The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes need will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
