Apartment did not have electricity, wifi, tv in bedroom and living room for 2 days. Balcony never had electricity. Owner asked me to buy batteries and check breaker's box to try to fix the problem. Lack of areas to place clothes cause closet was full of bicycles, beach and pool stuff, hats, etc. Dryer's filter was filthy and full of sand which fell into dryer so I was not able to use it. Mattress cover had a brown stain. Owner provided only one blanket and no spare sheets. Vanity furniture under the sink was dirty and messy. Hallway closet was full of paint cans, old stuff, Shower was moldy, kitchen drawers and cabinets were filthy. When I reported these irregularities and requested a refund of 500, the owner of the property asked me to vacate the property within a 45-minute timeframe. I was only refunded 200 which was not enough for getting this ugly, dirty, messy apartment. I contacted Vrbo but never heard back from them. A total waste of my money. Mattress, location and view were the only good things about this place.

Jose was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure everything was perfect for us. The location can't be beat. Walk out the door to beautiful pool and beach. He had beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella. Will definitely come back again

The apartment was dirty, not maintained, not well equipped for 5 people. Sofa was old and dirty. Beds were awful. Big gap between the picture and the reality. Never again with Vrbo and with this apartment, don’t go.

Location can't be beat as everything you need is around you. The condo is in need of renovations in which the picture doesn't really reflect that. But we was there just to sleep so it worked well for us. Owner was available for questions and we were happy with all the beach gear we were able to use

The perfect spot If you’re planning on spending more time outside than indoors

The apartment was very nice, LOVED the view from the balcony, the locals were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The best parts were arguably the convenience of reaching the pool and beach in seconds, as well as all the delicious food spots being only steps away. I am already planning on coming back here soon!

Amazing Romantic Getaway

This property was perfect for a romantic getaway. It's located steps from the beach, water sports, restaurants, and a casino. The property was clean with several beverages in the fridge for guest consumption. Cold a/c, rain shower head, balcony, and more.

Great location

The condo is perfectly located in the heart of Isla Verde, with a side balcony offering a beautiful ocean view. The bed is comfortable, and there are two sofa beds that worked great for the kids. The air conditioning kept the space cool, and the large pool was a great bonus. The condo also comes with a cooler, beach chairs, and a designated parking spot. Jose provided his direct number and was quick to respond every time I had a question. Highly recommend!”

Great location & view

Great location and view, not the cleanest place and wasn’t as nice as the pictures but did the trick. Like how they had a washer and dryer, beach chairs and equipment and aloe. Host responded quickly and was extremely accommodating, letting us check out 2.5 hours later since our flight wasn’t until 4pm.

Great Apartment on the Beach

Our host was great and accommodating. Nice little one bedroom on the beach, right in the mix of everything in the tourist area. There's a small washer and dryer in the unit, and there's some beach accessories, which came in handy. We were happy with our stay.

Not handicap accessible

We enjoyed neighborhood ,pool at property and beach was great, property was older but reasonably clean, pull out couch was horrible. We had our parents with us mom needs wheelchair accessible due to knee surgery we confirmed and reconfirmed with property owner that this property would accommodate a wheelchair and it didn’t, our mother ended up hobbling inside property and had difficulty using bathroom as it was too small for handicap access
