Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo and very functional. Be aware that the beach set(chairs and umbrella) is not included in this rental, you have to pay for them daily. Private beach is beautiful but people do bring their own umbrellas and chairs and set them up. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

Horrible Vacation

Construction on the patio. Was not told up front about it or I would not have booked it. Couldn’t get the kids to nap because of the noise. Just over all a horrible experience. Dryer sounded like it would wake the dead. Listing was listed under beachfront. Obviously was not beach front. I’ll call a hotel personally and book from now on.

It was 4th of July week so it was expectedly busy. Only complaint is remote control didnt have batteries and my husband home body wanted to watch his soccer games 😑... so atleast it made him head out to the beach 😬. The house had a weird amell I think the ac filter was over due changing it looked pretty filthy . Other than that i loved the unit so much! Great place !

Great place for my family vacation

Beautiful set up, decorations,...quite new and clean washer/dryer, cold AC. Nice outdoor table and chairs with lights on porch. The best part is the kitchen has everything I need. No need to bring any cookware, dinnerware, seriously!. We had great experience living here. Maintenance service for internet responded fast and great but house keeper service was not very friendly. Overall, I am still happy that i book this condo. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Perfect location, easy access to the beach. Tennis scores, pickle ball courts par three golf course, several swimming pools, hot tubs, Marina and on-site restaurant. Couldn’t be happier. The private access to the beach and Rick’s Sandyrap Grill is phenomenal!!!
