Overall we definitely enjoyed the property. It was clean, modern and decorated very nicely. The property manager (Bob) was extremely responsive on a few minor issues/questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property
Our stay was great - the grounds and condo are very well kept and safe. The condo is very close to the pool which is great. We were disappointed that the walk to the beach was 15 minutes - this was not accurately advertised in the listing.

Great stay! The upstairs man cave was awesome considering the weather we had and college football playoff time. Overall a cozy condo in the Shipyard. Grill is toast. Bathrooms are small. Only negatives from the stay. No tubs for little ones.
