the unit had a broken curtain rod, and they said they would do some maintenance. Toaster oven very dirty, we easily cleaned. Check in was extremely difficult.

We arrived late evening to find there is no one attending the property and no way of knowing which room you are even supposed to be in. The hallways smelled terrible. I called the number for assistance and got an answering machine for a property an hour north in another town. The answering machine gave me a number to call 'Dave', which I did. This got to to another message asking me to enter the letters of the last name of the person I was trying to reach. Since I was not told 'Dave's' last name I had to hang up. Expedia attempted to reach the property staff to no avail. Expedia then had to tell us that all properties in a 60 mile radius were booked for a car show in nearby town and could not replace this property with another. By this time it is 11PM and I have 3 kids in the car after driving 6 hours. We had to drive town to town with my wife calling every hotel she could find for another 2 hours. All I got from this property was a text the next day saying "I am so sorry we missed your call." That was it.

Fireplace doesn’t work. Internet doesn’t work. Can’t get anyone to call us back. Wrong door code. Warned that the whirlpool tub might not work and that we would have to try and reset the breaker in the lobby. Really… Never again! Don’t bother.

Great place for a couple that is spending more than one night. The hide a beds were too uncomfortable to consider as a place for extra guests.

Very nice accommodation. Could be nicer if the barbecue was cleaned up as it was quite stinky on the patio. Luckily we didn’t need to use the bbq.

Very limited dishes, utensils, t-towels. Bed, pillows, couch were all WELL used and need replacing.Curtains did not block street lights. Blind on the door was tattered and ripped. Several bulbs were burnt out and need to be replaced.Our room overlooked the parking lot. Positive- it was clean.

People complain about the front desk issue. These people don't read the fine print can't follow instructions. This property feels more like a private condo which you have full access to, within the length of your stay. We love the BBQ, full kitchen, and roomy washroom. Follow the owner's instructions and your check-in will be a breeze. Unlike hotels with front desk, no line ups during check ins and no waiting. Also, the location is very close to the fairmont hot springs. Love it, and we will book it again next time our family comes here.

Parking was really difficult at night as there were not enough spaces and guests didn't park close enough together. parking lines need to be painted. it would have been more comfortable if there had a been a couple of armchairs to sit in the living space aside from the sofa.

The light inside the apartment is not bright enough, the kitchen lights has only one light on, the other two were broken. Overall it's a pretty good stay.
