Detta är en stor fyra sovrum, tre badrum semester pool hemma i en exklusiv gated community. Detta hem var en modell hem och har den bästa platsen i denna gemenskap med bara en granne. Mycket privat pool område som har obehindrad sol på poolen och däck från omkring 11:00 till solnedgång! Det säkerhetskopierar till en vacker stänkte gräsmatta, din tennisbana, en stor damm där Florida vadare älskar att stoppa, naturskyddsområde och en basketkorg. Detta hem sover 10 (åtta i sängar) och är upprättat med två mastersviter, perfekt för två familjer som reser tillsammans eller för morföräldrarna. Befälhavaren badrummet har en duschkabin, stort badkar och klädkammare. Poolen är extra lång, 28 fot, och däck dimensionerade. Hemmet är fullt utrustad för din semester njutning. Ägarna stanna här och pyssla om detaljerna för underhåll. Detta hem är tio minuter från Disney, alla sevärdheter, shopping, golf och restauranger. Du kan gå till en Super Wal-Mart. Great place

We had a great stay for our Disney trip. The place was really nice and clean, tons of room! We had one slight issue while there and reached out to the owner who was incredibly receptive and quick to respond! We will be staying here again for our next trip!!

Perfect Vacation Rental

Excellent stay

Stayed for 2 weeks for a family holiday consisting of 4 adults and 2 children - check in process was easy including security on the front gate of the community, house is clean and great layout - pool was fantastic all the communication through the owner was replied to quickly and the location is absolutely ideal by far the best place to stay if you are visiting Disney/universal - would 100% stay again!

House was lovely and clean and well maintained with a great location. Nice clean large pool. Ken the property owner and his maintenance team sorted out a few minor issues quickly. Good communication throughout stay.

A fabulous holiday

The villa was in a lovely location in a gated community. It was large and spacious with a lovely pool area overlooking the tennis courts . It was clean and tidy and perfect for our family . Ken was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed of anything i needed to know . We would definitely come back

Ideal Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious and located close to the theme parks. Shops & restaurants are also a short drive away. Communication was good & Ken was very accommodating when we needed to change our travel arrangements.

Clean, cute and convenient stay

Property was just as listed/described. Rooms and living space was clean. The kids loved the heated pool. Convenient washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home

Home was very beautiful very convenient to all locations very clean and very nicely set up. Wish the pool heater would of been working for us (but the owner jumped right on getting someone out to fix it) but other than that would definitely stay Again!

Lovely villa in a great location

Lovely villa with a great pool, in a great location with 24 hour security which was good. Could do with new linen and towels, they were clean and fresh just a bit old but that’s just me being picky. Quick response from owner when AC stopped working on our last night, an engineer arrived the next day to fix it. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunate

It was unfortunate that we chose to check in on a Saturday. We accessed the key fine, but tried to open the garage door, and it would not budge. Called the manager, got a recording. Called the emergency number, was told he would "possibly" be able to stop by on Monday. Most issues, minor or not, occur early during check-in, and to wait two days or more to have them resolved, is unreasonable. Our next stop was to check out the pool, which was a big draw for our choice of property, and we paid extra for the heat. We found the pool cover in a heap beside the pool, and covered in dirt and mildew. Below the heap was a table umbrella and pool toys which had started drawing mildew and bugs. The deck was dirty to the point that we had to clean our feet to walk back inside the house. First impressions like these set the tone for the entire visit. When our guests arrived on Monday, we had the pool area acceptable, but did not check their bedding. The sheets were clean, but worn thin with dark "pilling" requiring replacement. The shower curtain was disgustingly covered in mildew. They did not stay as long as planned, nor did we.These types of issues can be remedied very economically, but were not. I can only assume it is because of lack of oversight from an absentee owner. It is difficult to give this honest review because we contacted the owner on numerous occasions, and he was very empathetic and helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned. With small changes, it has great potential.
