This beautifully furnished, fully updated 4 bed/ 3 bath single story pool home with 2 x Master En-Suites and 2 x Twin bedrooms (who share a full bathroom) is in the very popular GOLFING COMMUNITY of Highlands Reserve. This lovely peaceful home has quartz counter tops with a breakfast bar and two stools, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new flat screens TVs in the spacious living area and all bedrooms. There is much attention to detail throughout this lovely home. Laminate flooring in all rooms and tile in the bathrooms. This home has an updated WIFI system (which is free to Guests) so you can stay in touch with both home and your office whilst you are on vacation. In the Mickey themed garage, there is a pool table for Guest use.
Exterior Arlo Security Cameras around all the entrances to home for added security and peace of mind.
The outside pool area has a table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the Florida sunset whilst sipping a cocktail or eating Al Fresco. There is a UNIQUE PRIVACY SCREEN showing a stunning MURAL OF THE BEACH in the pool lanai, which adds to the relaxing ambience for your vacation! It has also access to bath and toilet from the lanai area.

For those who love golf whether a beginner or experienced golfer, The Highlands Reserve Golf Course is available to all Guests who pay the green fees. Guests can book their tee times and pay direct via their website or at the Highlands Reserve Golf Clubhouse. This is not your typical Orlando golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot Orlando golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this Orlando golf course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.

The pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months for an extra cost.
