Our stay at Ketch Cottage far exceeded our expectations. From the perfectly appointed interior and amenities to the close-to-everything location to the gorgeous 360 degree views, this floating cottage could not have been more ideal.

We loved every aspect of the cottage !The view, the river, the fireplace, the fine woodworking tables and the close look at every detail.The only problem was that the stay was ro short.Thank you for a wonderful vacationGreatly recommended

We could not have had a better trip, and wish we had booked for longer! The cabin was beyond well equipped, with everything we needed or wanted, including games, and puzzles. The separate bathrooms was perfect and the layout made it easy for us to stay up late outside while the kiddos slept. The caretaker Karin was very helpful as well and we had a great time.

Everything was perfect, I loved to stay there and I hope to going back. Monika and Karl are so nice, the place is so peaceful.

A great stay if you’re planning on visiting all of the scenic areas of Nova Scotia. The cottage is clean, has a beautiful view (especially in the morning) and has Amenities fairly close by when in need. I’d give it a 10/10 if I could!

Large comfortable property with lots to see and do.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Lookout! Jill was very communicative and made sure that we were all set with our (very) late arrival. She even looked to see when we were arriving and made suggestions about where to get groceries on our way to the property. The property was very clean and has everything you need for a good visit. There are really great activities nearby and Jill provides suggestions for those as well. Excellent visit!
