Very nice! We are enjoyed our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Kitchen had all the necessities you need. We had a small issue and they were quick to respond.

This palce was perfect. The location and the accommodation. If you need an easy place near Tampa its perfect.

This house worked great for us as we needed to be close to Valrico. It is a ways from Tampa and those activities. It is a short distance to Brandon where there's all the shopping and restaurants you really could want. We were looking for a place to have a f amily visit and it was great for that. Nice back porch and yard. Wish we could have used the excellent fire pit set up but we didn't get a chance to do that! We did have everyone over for a cookout and used the hot tubThe beds were comfortable and there was really every comfort you might need. Can't say that about a lot of places I've stayed! Nice comfortable size conversation areas and dining setup. Kitchen was large enough for 3 of us to be in there at once cooking. The check in process was simple as was the check out. Owners checked on us the day after check in to make sure all was well. For our purposes, this property was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This property was perfect for my mom and my husand and I to come together and attend my daughter's college graduation. It was exactly as advertised and included everything we needed to feel right at home. The neighborhood is close to many shops, restaurants, and highways. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with every utensil needed. The pool was amazing and the lake provided a great background for pictures. Overall, our short stay was amazing and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We were in Florida for an adoption and found a warm, welcoming home. Fully outfitted with everything that we, a family with 5 year old and a newborn, needed for our stay. Our host was helpful and accommodating with our schedule, cant recommend enough.

My first time at renting something other than a hotel room. No comparison. We felt right at home. Fully supplied house. Everything - towels, sheets, dishes, furniture, etc was in great shape, like new.Thanks again and we will come back as we have relative in that town.

This place is as it is advertised. The host is reachable very easily and responds very quickly to any inquiries. He is an extremely nice and patient person (I had a lot of questions :) ). The property is really good - location, cleanliness and amenities (pool and lanai are the best ever! - we spent there almost every day even when going to the beach; the games available there included my favorite: scrabble and Jenga). I truly felt like it was MY home away from the home. :) There are plenty of places around to go out. Our fav's were Ford's Garage and Keke's. Host has numerous recommendations that we tried and all were good. :) If I come back to this area, I will for sure check if this house is available and I will recommend to others who plan to go to that area. We are very happy to have the opportunity to stay there and experience the house and the area. Thank you. :)

Our family had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree. There was plenty of room for our 3 families. We fished from the dock and kayaked daily. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.
