Located in the beautiful Little Harbor Resort community, this comfortable and clean unit offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, all within walking distance of restaurants, marinas, and resort amenities.



This cozy unit features two queen beds with pillow-top mattresses, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and handrails, and a mini-fridge and microwave—ideal for morning coffee or snacks. Thoughtful accent touches give it more charm and comfort than a typical hotel room.



Step outside to watch the Florida sunset, and keep an eye out for manatees or dolphins in the canal behind the building. With convenient front-door parking and a peaceful, scenic setting, this unit makes for an unforgettable stay in Little Harbor.

We reviewed all communication during your stay and did not see any concerns raised about the condition of the home. In addition, our pre-arrival inspection photos show the condo was cleaned and prepared to our standards prior to your check-in. If anything had been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have acted quickly to address it. I booked this property with kids and dogs when I booked and filtered only pet friendly places and was kicked out mid stay because with kids and dogs and no where to go. they said I didn’t say we had dogs when I specifically booked with dogs,

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the frustration this situation caused. To clarify, while the home is pet-friendly, all pets must be included in the reservation at the time of booking so they can be properly approved and the required pet fees applied. This is outlined in both the listing and the rental agreement that is agreed to at the time of booking. The pets brought to the property were not listed on the reservation, so they had not been vetted, paid for, or approved in advance. We also want to clarify that you were not asked to leave mid-stay. You requested an extension, and we let you know we could not approve additional nights due to the unregistered pets. We do feel it is important to note that your review focuses solely on the fact that we upheld the rental agreement and pet policies, rather than the quality of the home itself. During your stay, you requested multiple extensions, which were granted (before we knew about the unapproved pets) because the property continued to meet your needs. We understand traveling with children and pets can be stressful, but these policies are in place to protect the home and ensure fairness for all guests.

Winter Vacation

Everything was great.....our time here was too short. The manitees and dolphins right outside our door was a plus. This was our second visit and was very enjoyable. We will be back!

Awesome getaway!

We booked here on a last minute getaway for us. Was a fluke find, but decided to book as it seemed to have everything we were looking for. We are SO glad we did! This was awesome! Location and facilities were wonderful! Condo was clean

The grounds were kept up nicely and other buildings were in beautiful condition. However, the building in which we stayed was old and not well maintained. The unit we used was adequate but was not what I consider a vacation experience, especially with its cost.

Nice stay overall

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations, resort amenities, and available activities. My feedback for what would’ve been better would be to have the common areas (halls, stairwells, outdoor areas) cleaned more frequently, allow for early checkin/late checkout, and have change machines available for laundry, etc

Great property, terrible room

Property was great, room was disgusting. Very dirty. Owner should be ashamed of herself. Will go to Property again, but thru private owner we met that seems to care about the room

Great place, but hard to find

Everything about Harbor Inn was great. It is quiet and clean in a good location with activities to do in the area. Finding the place was not eaay. We got, what seemed liked, two addresses and were not sure where to go. After we figured it put, all was good.

Nice for a short stay

Community and restaurants are very cute here. The room and building was nice but not as updated as I had hoped and as it seems in the pics. A bit rundown is all. Unlike others who reviewed, I did not see any bugs at all, hallways were clean, room was clean and all items were available as noted on the listing. Enjoyed the stay especially because it was only for a few days.

Wonderful place.

Everything in general was good except:1. Ac compressor seemed a little noisy.2. Water pressure in shower was a little bit low.3. Coffee grinds was in coffee maker when we went to make coffee. The grinds had mold on them. We had to was pot several times before we could make a cup.

Cozy stay

This place was quiet and cozy for me and my family! It’s just like a hotel set up! Wish I could have cooked some food for my kids but that’s the only downfall! It has security and a bunch of amenities! A pool tennis a playground etc! 3 restaurants near by that we didn’t visit because we were out and exploring most of the time! There are amazing food trucks right down the street and a coffee food truck too that was great!! Will definitely be back!

Peaceful

Difficult to locate property. The access drive is behind/next too Hook restaurant because the room is on the BACKSIDE of the row condos that you see from the street you’re on. Not enough lighting in the room. But great location to watch the dolphins. Pools are very close. Beach is within walking distance. Would certainly book again.

Great Views

Located between two water views. However, the property itself was dated and run down. AC issue due to bed too close to vent. The bed would get cold which would shutdown the unit for cooling. So it was hot in unit.

Lovely room. Nice Canal view . Internet does not connect to television. Also remote batteries dead. Even If those things were working, Instructions sent do not match the remote. There is no HDMI plugged into modem or TV. Property is unable to provide television during our four day.

Mixed bag

We loved this area! Love the beaches, wonderful weather, saw manatees and dolphins The room was essentially a hotel room. The air conditioning was so-so. The “kitchen area” was a dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and one cabinet of dishes. There was no dishwasher or even dish washing liquid, which honestly kind of confused me since the email mentioned a dishwasher a few times including saying that when we leave we should load and run the dishwasher. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the resort. The facilities were nice and well maintained. We loved being able to see the wildlife RIGHT THERE! We really liked the Sunset Bar and Grill restaurant.
