We do not allow pets. We love them but some don't. Sandy is highly allergic.
This stunning private studio cabin has a private entrance with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. You'll have control of the temperature settings all to yourself. The walls and ceiling are constructed of cedar making this studio a great relaxing get-away for a couple or just one looking to escape from it all. There is a private bathroom with shower. Fridge/freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, microwave for your leftovers, double stove top burner, plates, glasses, utensils, towels, Wi-Fi & Direct TV. All utilities included, with wi-fi and cable.
Everything is nearby: 15-20 minutes to downtown Tampa? Convention Center. 45-60 minutes from Disney and Orlando, 20 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. 60 minutes from some of the worlds best beaches including Treasure Island, Siesta Key, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach and many others.
This is a prime location right in the heart of Brandon. The closest main intersection is SR 60 and Parsons. Close to everything including the Mall, Movie Theater, Restaurants, I-75, I-4, Parks, Library, Banks and many other things. All within 5 minutes. We have other units also, please inquire.

My name is Tom and my beautiful wife is Sandy. I was born in upstate N.Y. in a small town known as Fairport and moved to Florida in the 80's. Veteran of 5 years in the U.S. Navy. Sandy grew up in Guatemala City, Guatemala and is fluent in Spanish. She is a licensed skin therapist for over 10 years and specializes in many different facial treatments. We are proud parents to 2 boys. We have 10 + years of experience hosting on multiple platforms in over 180 countries. We are very knowledgeable of the area and can provide you with excellent dinning recommendations and can extend some discounts on some of the surrounding attractions. We await your arrival with open arms.

Location, location, location. Centrally located in the Brandon area you are close to everything. Safe to walk, or jog and there is Davis Park within walking distance.

We thought that this would be the perfect get away for any traveler looking to stay in central florida with the ability to make day trips to all the major attractions Florida has to offer. We personally have made many day trips ourselves and can recommend many places to go. We are close to everything Brandon has to offer and are only 15-20 minutes from Downtown and major attractions in the area.
