Everything was very tidy and very clean, the owner was always attentive to any concern. An excellent neighborhood. We were very happy to stay there.

We had a super weekend, a lovely apartment and brilliant base for Manchester marathon and exploring the quays. Welcoming touches in property including bottles of water, tea/coffee and biscuits. Thankyou :) !

My family stayed here 12/24-12/27 for a Boxing Day City Football match! Excellent location to Etihad stadium. Lace was clean, spacious and as described except for has 2 kind and one twin. We felt safe and secure but did seem to be in a slight dodgy part of town. Easy check in and out process. Would stay again or recommend to others visiting for a match

Stayed 2 nights to visit Etihad Stadium and Coop Live. Perfect location, short walk to both. The apartment is clean, well maintained and well appointed. There is a bit of street noir and noise from Etihad Stadium construction when the windows are open but nothing that would deter me from booking again. There was a slight hiccup with our reservation a couple days before our arrival but Aishah handled it professionally and sincerely. Communication was great start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment for a comfortable, convenient stay.
