Mimburi is a wonderful eco-friendly mountain getaway, which feels delightfully isolated yet is within easy reach of towns and walking trails in the Glasshouse Mountains. The studio is spacious and very clean, with beautiful surroundings and terrific views. Great care has clearly been taken to ensure that everything you could need is available. Freshly baked bread and a breakfast plate is provided upon arrival. We especially appreciated the efforts made to incorporate environmentally friendly energy, water, and products.

The house was so clean and the views are excellent! Our host Tony and Patricia has been very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to everyone who wants a wonderful trip to Montville!

We arrived to the smell (and very soon after, the taste) of freshly-baked bread. The hosts had thought of everything, and our cottage was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and warm, with robes, a spa, a modern kitchen, and both air conditioning and a fireplace. We shared the surrounds - about three minutes from Maleny township - with chickens, kookaburras and wallabies. It was an ideal place to stay for time out and a bit of luxury. We’ll be back.

We LOVED our time in Maleny. Tamarind Cottage was everything we expected and more. Very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and warming up by the fire in the evenings. Make sure you save some time to visit the Maleny shops and challenge yourself with a run up Teak hill!

We stayed here for a long weekend to attend a wedding only a few minutes drive away. It’s close to many celebratory venues and about 5mins drive to the town of Maleny. Our host Suzanne was terrific. She couldn’t do enough to make us feel right at home. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for the weekend. Very well appointed. Breakfast was amazing!!!! I’ll definitely be “spreading the word” about this one!

Our stay was a quick (only 2 nights) one, but a relaxing one. The outlook from the deck was serene with the mist mornings to the bird life in the afternoon. The fireplace lit a cheese platter of local cheese, a glass of wine and great company my world was complete. Thank you for allowing us to share your slice of heaven.

Very private, well set up in all areas, comfortable Bed and very good linen, lots of add ons, Avocado farm initially? Montville close by, plenty of good shopping, great views!! The whole experience from initial enquiry to this report was very efficient and professional. Obviously belongs to people who care about their property and clients.
