Vacation rentals near Notre Dame du Roc

What a pleasure to stay in such a clean, well-equipped and comfortable house with the most fabulous views. We were warmly welcomed and very much enjoyed our stay.

All 14 of us enjoyed the house and the surroundings so very much. Beautiful garden and views to the valley. The morning sun in the exquisite kitchen. Walks to the village of Bargemon. Thank you to Nicola and staff.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The outside facilities, pool, sports court, boules, outside kitchen are all amazing. The 2 outside bedrooms are quite isolated but would not be an issue for older children.

The property was beyond our expectations, just stunning! We absolutely loved the pool and had the most relaxing fun week. The shops in the village were perfect for every need and reasonably priced for a small village, so everything was on the doorstep! We were welcomed by Helene and Phillipe who showed us round their beautiful home. Everything has been thought of and we lived in luxury for 7 days! Just perfect!!

Great little hideaway from the summer crowds. The place is nice, clean and the owners are super friendly. We arrived very late after all restaurants in the area had closed and the owners shared some of their food with us so we do not starve overnight (the eggs from their own hens were phenomenal). Would highly recommend!

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this dream property for a 2-week stay with our family, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary! La Lavandiere is truly spectacular, with its historic architectural elements and tasteful, modern updates, and it's perfectly maintained - sparkling clean and comfortable, with many lovely seating areas. The pool is fabulous and the grounds are gorgeous. The owners and property manager are all wonderful, too - gracious, helpful, and welcoming! All was even more than described, and we will cherish the memories of our glorious visit! Also, Fayence is a lovely, picturesque village, and we enjoyed the market, history, stores, and restaurants, all of which added greatly to our stay! On a 10-point scale, this property is an 11+!!!

From the moment we entered the property, it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was beautifully decorated in the style of French country, with a touch of well defined contemporary and perfect in every way. The living room was spacious and seated all of us comfortably. The kitchen and dining room served us well, with all of the meals we enjoyed at home. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas on the property to enjoy alfresco dining, or just a casual glass of wine. It is absolutely necessary to rent a car, prior to your arrival, to be able to travel the French countryside and visit neighboring villages. Most of the bedrooms are on the second floor with a fabulous ascending staircase, so be mindful of that. Two of the guests were 80 and had no problem. I have nothing, but positive things to say about renting this property. The system in Seillans of disposing your garbage is an experience, so be prepared! One must pack the trunk of your car with what ever needs to be discarded and drive it down the road to the recycle/disposal bins and one by one drop the bottles into the disposal. At first we thought this is crazy compared to our system of curbside pickup, but after we accepted this to be just the way it's done, we found it a humorous experience that was one to tell the tale of. Love the home and loved the experience. It's off the beat and track from the touristy places and that worked well for us. Don't miss the neighboring wineries! The tasting is free

Nathalie and Christian's vacation rental is about as good as it can get. Only one hour away from famous cities like Nice and Cannes, this place is so peaceful and the setting is gorgeous. The house was very clean and well equipped, definitely a step up from other vacation rentals we have had in France. The surrounding towns are very quaint and worth a visit, especially on market days. Sitting on the terrace with a beautiful view, swimming in the pool, playing petanque or table tennis, walking to the nearby stunning waterfall made this just a perfect relaxing vacation. Nathalie and Christian were super helpful while respecting are privacy at the same time. Nathalie and Christian's huis heeft alles wat je zoekt voor een ontspannen vakantie in Zuid-Frankrijk. De omgeving is prachtig, de naburige dorpen zijn mooi en authentiek. Het huis was heel erg netjes en had alles was je nodig hebt. Doordat er verschillende frigo's beschikbaar zijn hoef je niet constant gaan winkelen. Het zwembad was aangenaam op elk moment van de dag en de buitenkeuken vonden we ook heel tof. Nathalie en Christian wonen op hetzelfde domein, wat zeer handig is, ze hebben ook veel aandacht voor de privacy van de gasten. Een echte aanrader!
