Laura, Nick and Salvador are wonderful people and very accommodating and helpful. Weekends are loud with the bars below however you get use to it and it is only two nights. This is our 5th stay in this building however whosoeforat

Amazing property but what really made the trip extra special was the amazing concierge service Geraldine provided for our group. Absolutely spectacular. Breakfast every morning with Chef Victor and Eduardo was outrageously amazing. Being Mexico born and raised myself I often miss those home cooked meals my grandmother made and they really hit the mark on those morning nostalgic flavors making the entire experience for our group extra special. Thank you!!

This property was great!! Exactly as described in the listing and in a perfect location near the downtown area, so it was easy to get around. Everyone in my group enjoyed their stay. Issac, the concierge, was also super helpful in providing good information and book places and activities for our group! Would recommend any large group to stay here.

We rented the house for a week and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, and has everything. Everyone had a beautiful bedroom and private bath. Our concierge was incredibly helpful and super responsive and the chef he helped us hire prepared amazing food. The housekeeping crew was incredibly efficient and discrete and the butler took exceptional care of us. Everyone wanted to come back next year! It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you much!!

The photos do not do the home justice. Each room has its own bathroom, including a half-bath on the main level. There are three bedrooms downstairs that open onto a beautiful private garden. The master bedroom on the main level has a beautiful large master bathroom and private patio. The master bedroom on the third level was my favorite, where my husband and I slept. This bedroom has a private patio, a large master bathroom and an adjacent living room that was perfect for down time. The rooftop firepit/couch was occupied by us each night for stargazing, watching the cruise ships in the harbor and group shenanigans. The home is perfectly located in the gated community of Pedregal, close enough to walk to/ from the marina. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The main level of the home is awesome from groups. The pool was perfectly heated. There is indoor and outdoor dining, with enough space at either table for 12. The home is the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. There are several washers and dryers which we use daily. There is a deep freezer for bags of ice and the marlins we caught while fishing. We had a few small issues; however, the concierge was very communicative and fixed everything that came up instantly. We experienced the best service. Communication was outstanding. This was the perfect spot for our group to spread out and relax. From the moment we booked this place to after we left, they went above and beyond!

Clean and safe condo complex. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit and the private patio (along with two more patios overlooking the marina). There is some noise from the nightclubs and construction during the day. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the extra touches. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with homemade guacamole and chips. Everything needed for a beach day was available, 2 coolers, inflatables, beach chairs, even kids life vests and kid floaties though we didn’t use them. We appreciated having the basics to cook with oils and some spices, filtered water in the fridge. The views in this condo were phenomenal with 2 balconies, ocean views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Plenty of space for a family of 4. All the comforts needed for an amazing stay. Comfy beds, an air conditioner which was definitely needed to beat the heat and humidity. We felt safe behind security gates monitored 24/7 by security guards. We did use the gym. Washing machine and dryer was a plus with plenty detergent. The pool area was really nice with 2 pools, both facing the ocean. Bbq available if needed. Please note we are avid travelers and have stayed in many places throughout the world and as far as condos this one we highly recommend.
