Adi was an amazing host and made our stay stress free and welcoming. The location was tucked away in a wonderful country town and was very peaceful.

Sonja and Andrej are the amazing hosts. The house is so beautifully restored, and has everything you could need. A great location for visiting the Istrian Peninsula, and also seeing the sights of Slovenia. And don’t forget to look in the little gift shop for locally made quality items. Natasa and Sasa were gracious, generous, welcoming hosts. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and share information about their beautiful country. Iska Retreat is such a special spot. Give yourself a few nights so you have time to settle in, relax and enjoy all the seating areas outside. We wished we had more time.

The apartment we stayed in was well appointed and very clean. The owner was really accommodating and provided many good amenities.

The property is rustic but comfortable and had all we needed. It would be great for large family or group. The fenced yard was added bonus as our dogs loved to stay outside. It was a good base for seeing several sights.
