Vacation rentals near Koh Ma

We had a good stay at Sunshine Residence Koh Phangan. The beach villa was spacious and well-located, offering a nice balance of comfort and privacy. The beachfront view was a highlight, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, a great option for a peaceful getaway!There were 5 of us in the villa for 5 nights and we didn't miss anything! The facilities are first class! The villa was very clean and the pool was the absolute highlight for us! There is more than enough space and you just feel completely at home! The communication with the owners was very good! All in all a 10/10! :) We'd come back anytime!

Amazing villa in one of the few gated residential communities in Koh Phangan, on the best beaches on the island and stunning views of the bay. Very well equipped villa with a perfect infinity pool facing the sunset, and with all services (food, delivery, etc) just a whatsapp message away. You hardly need to do any food shopping as everything is just a text message away. The cafe downstairs delivers amazing food in minutes and you're 10 minutes away from the most beautiful beach on the island, which is surprisingly quiet even at peek time. Excellent hotel-grade bedding, AC works well and is silent, and the ventilation system actually negates the use of it. The pool is gorgeous and at the perfect temperature. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful eclectic deco by host Lenny, which really gives a unique "cachet" and style to this adorable house. Lenny the host is an absolute gentleman and a true hospitality professional with a big heart. I will be back ! Perfect for families our friend groups on their first trip to Koh Phangan as you have the expansive space of a private home with all the benefits of a hotel. The house also has a very convenient washing machine which is key for families and to avoid having to go outside for laundry. Good audio/video facilities as well with a smart TV that allows you to log on to your Netflix, etc. (I had brought my AppleTV and JBL speakers with me but no need as the sound bar works perfectly well on bluetooth). I have stayed in a few VRBO’s but nothing compares to this one. From the beginning you are treated like great friends! Mica will bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. I cannot recommend this rental enough.

Beautiful place to relax!

We had very high expectations (due to all positive reviews and superlatives). Still Villa Tsay and its staff overdelivered! We have stayed at many properties over the years but this comes out as the best ever. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every single day. We can’t give anything but our warmest recommendations. Also very good location with easy access to bottle beach and other spots. Good set up with meals from JB Hut and just a short walk to the besch. Irene, our host, offered immediate service and answered our questions in an instant. If you consider Villa Tsay, just book it!

Our first impression was “wow” this place is truly amazing and unique unlike any villa we have rented. It’s worth it’s money for sure and if we come back to Pha-ngan we’re definitely booking it again. The view is amazing the pool is nice and the bedroom with the panoramic view is priceless. If you want to surprise your partner with something special search no more. It’s location is good but I still recommend you to rent a bike as it will boost that sense of freedom.

An exceptionally beautiful, furnished villa with breathtaking views! It's very clean, safe and Miss Toni is extremely helpful and ready to answer all our questions, including places to visit, eat and massage! Try the bread from German bakery, baked fresh daily and soo delicious.
