Vacation rentals near College Valley Estate

Great holiday home, very spacious, warm and welcoming. Kids and the dog loved playing safely in the garden. The house had everything we needed and the location was excellent. Loads to do within a half hours drive. We would highly recommend the grey seals tour from seahouses, hay heavy horse farm, the cafe in Barter Books and Alnwick gardens and lilidore for the kids.

Lovely spacious cottage situated just from the main shopping Street in Wooler. The cottage is in excellent condition, refurbished to a very high standard and has all the facilities that we needed for the week. I would definitely recommend staying there and, if we were back in the area, we would choose it again. Only give four stars for local amenities because the food offer in the local pubs is just average.

West House had everything you would ever need. It was clean, had a beautiful interior and a fantastic hot tub in a secluded garden area. Hosts made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

We required a property to accommodate all our children and grandchildren (Five families) so booked the Old Forge and Grace's Dairy together as both properties are right next door to each other and suited our needs perfectly.Please read my full detailed review on Grace's Dairy which covers both properties as both houses are similarly equipped and are very similar is size and layout.On the other hand, please take it from me that both these houses are superb in every aspect and I would highly recommend either of them to anyone who appreciates a high standard of presentation and quality for their holiday home.

A perfect stay at Millstone Cottage for my husband and me. Loved the conservatory. Cottage had everything we needed and instructions were very helpful.Great proximity to the coastal walks we wanted to do. Great to have ordinance maps of the area to use. The amazing weather helped.

Very impressive accommodation, immaculately prepared and great location as base for touring in the area. Nearby Black Bull inn excellent off-site food. Well stocked local shop.

Lucinda and Guy have created a perfect VRBO rental - everything is just right and my stay was wonderful, easy, relaxing and happy, due in many ways to Lucinda and Guy’s efforts. The check-in/info packet is as complete and helpful as any I’ve ever had, including for hotel/resort facilities. I really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and everything in good shape. (The welcome treats were also a very nice touch!) I also very (very) much appreciated that there were good quality newer hairdryers provided, as well as a very good quality new iron and ironing board and washing machine with clothes racks and outdoor clothesline. And 2 sizes of binoculars for guests use! As I said, above and beyone and simply, one of the best rentals I’ve ever had - thank you so much Lucinda and Guy!
