Vacation rentals near Coate Water Country Park

The Calf Shed was an amazing converted barn which felt very homely from the minute you stepped inside. The bedrooms are spacious and each have their own ensuite and bathroom.The kitchen is well equipped and there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival. The owners were welcoming and helpful.Would definitely recommend this accommodation and we will be going back again.

Lovely hosts, beautiful cottage and surroundings

We stayed in an upstairs unit on a hot weekend. The windows allowed for sufficient cooling at night. The stairs are steep but there is a handrail. We were in walking distance of a Tesco and Reagent Circus. There is a laundry washer and plenty of hangers for drying. The bathroom has a shower and tub. The host was very responsive to inquiries and providing check in and check out instructions

We were extremely impressed with the cottage. It had everything we needed and more to make it a very comfortable four night stay with 4 adults, one child and one dog. It was an excellent base for visiting the Cotswolds

This charming cottage was in an ideal location. It was a 5 minute walk to High Street where boutiques, pubs and restaurants lined the street. The cottage was clean, welcoming and equipped with all of a travelers needs. Our check in process was very smooth. Our Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this cottage for a lovely stay in Marlborough !!

My sister and I stayed here with our elderly parents (85 and 77). The location was convenient for day trips to Bath, Cotswold, Stonehenge and the magna carta in Salisbury. The house was spectacular and cozy. My parents stayed on the ground floor (the upper level where my sister and I stayed requires steady feet). Jessica had a fire going when we arrived and my dad was thrilled. He loves a wood stove and this made him very comfortable. We cooked breakfast every morning in the small but fully functional kitchen. This was a perfect setting for the launch of our tour of England and Scotland. If you arrive after dark, be sure you've looked at the property on Google earth so you know your way around.

We loved our time at The Coach House with it's fabulous interior design choices, comfy bed, gracious shower, beautiful views, etc. (The list could go on and on.) My husband said he felt like we are in a movie set and actors had been hired to walk through the village so we would think it was real. It was an ideal location for us with easy steps to two pubs and a market and within easy driving distance of our daily sightseeing destinations (Highclere Castle, Bath, Blenheim Palace, Cotswolds). Claire was great to help us with our questions as well as a wonderful and attentive host. We hope to return!
